This is perhaps the best drama I have ever watched in my whole existence. Somehow this is different from other dramas I've watched. It left me empty, in both good ways and bad. It left me heartbroken, and it made me fckng cry 2 days after I finished the drama (yes, two days after. You know the feeling when one night you drink alcohol too much but you didn't have the urge to puke on that night then two days later you didn't know you still have that hangover feel, so you puke). Yes, this was me. I cried 2 days *after* finishing the series because damn all the right feels are in there. All the emotions and stuff like *uggh* I just needed to let it out you know.

Love Kim Soo hyan aka Do min joon. He's cuter than all the actors I have seen. Cheon song is too funny. It's okay to not be okay is really good, but this is still the best series of Kim Soo Hyun for me. The feels, butterfly in the stomach, the comedy, the drama and other more are still the same even if you watch it again and again. The drama, songs, casts, especially the leads, Jun Ji Hyun and Kim Soo Hyun! This really is top tier! I can't believe that these two are the most paid actress and actor right now. I hope for them to have a reunion in a new drama where the two of them are the leads. Can't even imagine how good will it be. It's okay to not be okay can also on par it if the ending wasn't that rush. I just think it didn't made sense how Ko Mun Young's mother is still alive after she fell from stair, (or second floor?) and got thrown in the sea. I would believe it more if it was her mother's sister seeking for revenge. They didn't really explain how she was alive back then so I wasn't satisfied on that part, but still the whole drama is good!

@wakawaka i think since his father was suffering from tumor and everything was shown from his perspective so plotholes can be ruled out because now he may not remember what exactly happened, he just remembered it vaguely maybe she wasn't that severely injured and got to escape from the basement and mun yeong was still a child when she saw her body so it makes sense to believe that she didn't die that day it's just how both mun yeong and her father remebered the incident. Later she got plastic surgery (she herself admitted that in the show). It's still doubtful though cause the makers themselves never revealed this.

I don't want to sound annoying and stuff, but still why compare ppl's beauty?? Yeah she might look gorgeous, but nevertheless I don't find it okay to just say that others in their 20s are less beautiful, in my opinion everyone is beautiful in their own way and we shouldn't praise someone for their beauty while bringing others down. I really hate this mindset. I hate it when some of us see celebrities way above us, when they are actually just the same. It doesn't matter if they are more famous than us, they are still humans and I find it so ridiculous when so many ppl want to look like someone, or when others look at themselves and wish to be just as beautiful as this and that celebrity. The best Korean drama that ever exist... The only one that I had watch for more than 10 times and never get tired. An amazing surprise, the most well done drama ever. I fell in love from both lead roles from the start and never get dissapointed. Hands down to this amazing cast and the job of the writers and all people in this drama. This is a 100 out of 10, honestly. I love it!

The new platform of which the relationships are built upon gives its amazing cast room to fully demonstrate their talents and show off their awesome hair. From all the wonderfully versatile characters, to its intense interactions, and perhaps one of most ruthless yet very attractive villain in recent memories, this show has it all. If you haven't seen it yet, Noodle strongly recommend: My Love From the Stars. 10/10

Truly the best Kdrama for me. All episodes are amazing and I couldn't get enough of it! The chemistry between the two leads are so good that I couldn't get over. it's 2021 and as someone who usually watches american/british tv, mlfts is still the best kdrama i've ever watched. nothing i watched after this came close to compare. so unique, well thought-out and poignant, nothing like any other romance-focused kdramas out there. they truly did an amazing, unbelievable job with this one - bet it wasn't expected but it is so well deserved
Their chemistry is overflowing. Jun Ji Hyun was his best drama partner/female lead until now. My love from the star was the best fantasy/romcom drama of all time. This was really phenomenon during 2013 to 2014. It also received different awards especially the Daesang. Many asian countries had adaptation of this drama.
Ten years later my love from the star still has that rewatchable quality. Fantasy dramas has evolved a lot but this one stil stands the test of the time. A mix of all romantic comedy elements this drama was able to create a supernatural hero in the midst of most realistic setting. Do min joo accent and attitude and wide array of knowledge represented his 400 yrs of life in the earth. Kim Soo hyun has done a fantastic job in that role. I almost believed he was an alien😂. Jun ji hyun as a sassy celebrity with an headstrong personality was a memorable character. Her comic timings and emotions were always on point. Thank you my love from the star for such a beautiful story. It was magical, humorous and bittersweet. I cried, laughed and smiled❤
I still watched this drama over and over again 😭 this drama is addicting and i can’t stop from falling inlove with minjoon and songyi’s character all over again gosh i miss them. My favorite scene is where the lift door opens and they see each other. I don't know why I am smitten by that scene. And this dramas has the best epilogues.
I have seen a similar pattern in Korean dramas after My love from another star success. especially the 2 two successful dramas of 2016 i.e Legend of blue sea & Goblin. In both these dramas, the main character have to go back from where they come from & then again came back to their lovers. To be honest, i actually like all these dramas. In a way they have different stories yet they have similarities too. But the fact is My love from another star set the bar so high & in a way this show started this concept. Idk but i feel so proud. My love from the stars will always going to be my fav k drama of all time.

I finished watching this and I feel like my heart is missing a piece. It hurts 'cause this was so beautiful. I cried, I laughed, I sat on the edge after the end of every episode, I never knew how it would end. Their acting, the actors, the story and everything, it made me live in a whole "another world". Thank you so much everyone, thank you so much. Watching this was one of the best decisions and experience of my life.
What I love the most about this drama is the complexity of the story line. Do min joon characters was very different from that I've seen. I like how he maintains a sophisticated demeanor throughout the show but at times shows his raw emotions, breaks down and loves passionately. I especially liked his battle with keeping his identity and using his powers to help the ones he cares about especially Cheon song yi. For Cheon song yi I love that she isn't a cliche character. Even though she's famous we see her go through major character growth. She's down to earth and hilarious to say the least. I love how confident she was in the relationship but yet shy at times. Each time they cried I cried. Their tears were passionate and real! This is going down as one of my favorite dramas of all time.

I can't believe 6 years have passed since my all-time favorite k-drama was released. 11-year old me is crying while watching this. THIS WILL FOREVER BE MY FAVE KDRAMA AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE MY MIND. This drama never get old..i love each episodes, their characters, the storyline..there's romantic comedies,sad,family love and conflict,historical, modern, criminal,friendship,education. The soundtrack always made me feeling more..all in one..salute to the director & writer. Love the actress & actor for performed very well. 💙

K Dramas are a breath of fresh air. Western critics rave about shows that have severely flawed people living dismal lives. Not so with K Dramas they are a breath of fresh air, I'm addicted. Even the baddies are good looking and well dressed. The glorious clothes, beautiful stars, unpredictable scripts, cry baby men. polite bowing and bad haircuts are not the greatest feature for me, It's the humour, they are so funny I come away from each episode feeling uplifted even when its a tear jerker. As for the gorgeous Jun Ji-hyun she may not even be the prettiest in the show but her quirky hilarious faces, infectious energy and fun make her every scene captivating, mesmerising and leave me craving for more of her when she isn't in a scene. Thank you Jun Ji-hyun and other cast members, writers. directors etc for such a fabulous uplifting and entertaining show.

Truly the best Kdrama for me. All episodes are amazing and I couldn't get enough of it! The chemistry between the two leads are so good that I couldn't get over. I finished watching it again last week, it's my 4th rewatch since 2013. Now I'm gonna wait for some time to watch it again. I hope it's not too late for Kim Soo-Hyun and Jun Ji-Hyun to be together in a drama again. love this sm

it's 2021 and as someone who usually watches american/british tv, mlfts is still the best kdrama i've ever watched. nothing i watched after this came close to compare. so unique, well thought-out and poignant, nothing like any other romance-focused kdramas out there. they truly did an amazing, unbelievable job with this one - bet it wasn't expected but it is so well deserved

Ten years later my love from the star still has that rewatchable quality. Fantasy dramas has evolved a lot but this one stil stands the test of the time. A mix of all romantic comedy elements this drama was able to create a supernatural hero in the midst of most realistic setting. Do min joo accent and attitude and wide array of knowledge represented his 400 yrs of life in the earth. Kim Soo hyun has done a fantastic job in that role. I almost believed he was an alien😂. Jun ji hyun as a sassy celebrity with an headstrong personality was a memorable character. Her comic timings and emotions were always on point. Thank you my love from the star for such a beautiful story. It was magical, humorous and bittersweet. I cried, laughed and smiled❤

I have seen a similar pattern in Korean dramas after My love from another star success.
especially the 2 two successful dramas of 2016 i.e Legend of blue sea & Goblin. In both these dramas, the main character have to go back from where they come from & then again came back to their lovers. To be honest, i actually like all these dramas. In a way they have different stories yet they have similarities too.
But the fact is My love from another star set the bar so high & in a way this show started this concept. Idk but i feel so proud.

What I love the most about this drama is the complexity of the story line. Do min joon characters was very different from that I've seen. I like how he maintains a sophisticated demeanor throughout the show but at times shows his raw emotions, breaks down and loves passionately. I especially liked his battle with keeping his identity and using his powers to help the ones he cares about especially Cheon song yi. For Cheon song yi I love that she isn't a cliche character. Even though she's famous we see her go through major character growth. She's down to earth and hilarious to say the least. I love how confident she was in the relationship but yet shy at times. Each time they cried I cried. Their tears were passionate and real! This is going down as one of my favorite dramas of all time.

This drama never get old..i love each episodes, their characters, the storyline..there's romantic comedies,sad,family love and conflict,historical, modern, criminal,friendship,education. The soundtrack always made me feeling more..all in one..salute to the director & writer. Love the actress & actor for performed very well. 💙
8 years ago, I watched this k drama, and for me my love from the star is the only Korean drama that I never get bored of watching even after 8 years this drama is still the best, I always cry after watching this drama and feel it's hard to forget the scenes, I hope there is a season 2 of this drama, or at least the 2 actors and actresses are reunited in a romance drama! K Dramas are a breath of fresh air. Western critics rave about shows that have severely flawed people living dismal lives. Not so with K Dramas they are a breath of fresh air, I'm addicted. Even the baddies are good looking and well dressed. The glorious clothes, beautiful stars, unpredictable scripts, cry baby men. polite bowing and bad haircuts are not the greatest feature for me, It's the humour, they are so funny I come away from each episode feeling uplifted even when its a tear jerker. As for the gorgeous Jun Ji-hyun she may not even be the prettiest in the show but her quirky hilarious faces, infectious energy and fun make her every scene captivating, mesmerising and leave me craving for more of her when she isn't in a scene. Thank you Jun Ji-hyun and other cast members, writers. directors etc for such a fabulous uplifting and entertaining show.
