Harry Dear I think GWS are not used to playing in the snow but Hawthorn is so I think thats why some records were broken
Well joey, there has never even been a snowing afl game and I checked the history books and found out that the last time it snowed in Melbourne was in the 1800’s
Which means neither team is used to the snow. Also it has never snowed in canberra for 19 years

Snow ain't that bad, i live in US so i am used to it, it is fun with friends u can go sledding and have snowball fights

But like in Australia not many people see snow so it’s a good experience for us

Canberra (NRL) played a home game in 2000 against Wests where there was visible snow on the ground. Much heavier than this. In Canada we call -4C spring. "Maybe" grab a light jacket.

@@arrgghh1555 Perth is on a coastal plain ,the western equivalent of a location between say Gosford and Coffs Harbour with a few metres variance of height above sea level. Now if those towns ever receive a snowfall event please let us know.

Im American and im laughing, to me snow isn't a big deal, but understandably to Australians it can be a big deal cause u don't really get snow
Australia gets a lot of snow. Just not in heavily populated areas. Most of the places where we get snow is towns of less than 50k people. Canberra is probably the biggest city to get snow and it is rare.
We hardly get snow here in Southern England it snowed in 2018 for the first time in 2013 so what better way than having a day off work with a can of strongbow playing AFL Evolution 😂

I've never seen snow in real life. I've been to Denver twice but during summer :(. Seeing snow in Australia is so rare. Hopefully one day I get to see the snow!

@@richrockefeller3331 I am writing a response to you I'm only part the way though it, but I have to ask some question firsts. Because my comment back to you might not be necessary. Are you saying that Global warming is a complet lie, merely just part of some sort of grand conspiracy.
Or do you take the same position I do. That it's true but the consequences are completely and utterly overstated. People use it as a club to further political and social goal that are non attached to global warming. Also that long term climate modeling is inherently flawed. Also they ignore potential gains from climate change like increased rainfall in certain arid parts of the world.
I also agree with you about the indoctrination part.
