Brad Holmes & Dan Campbell have a great energy about them. Also with the other great coaching additions of Lynn, Glenn, Staley, Brunell, Randel El, Agnew & GMs like Dorsey makes it even better to finally believe in the Lions future. Sheila Ford Hamp is the main reason for all of this. So thanks Sheila! I think great young players are gonna wanna be apart of this new Detroit Lions regime!

Wow! Ok, coach Campbell, dude looks like a freaking Football Coach! Has that Mike Vrabel look about him. This regime is polar opposites from the previous one. Gm Brad Holmes is beyond highly intelligent and incredibly insightful. Coach Campbell reminds me a little of a combination of Bill Parcels & Jim Caldwell. Very humble & collaborative, but will tell you like it is! I'm excited to see what happens this season! dEtROit VS EVeRYbOdY!

You know when mom needs to leave the house and she doesn't trust the oldest kid to watch over the others? yeah she says, specifically no he's not in charge, no one is in charge, you all need to watch each other. Because that is exactly what is going on here.
She doesn't trust the GM to be in charge, and she doesn't want to allow the coach to gain influence over the GM.

This pumps me up.. Dan seems like he has so much heart! That’s something you can’t teach in any player or coach. He always seems like he’s on the verge of emotional tears. I bet when he takes us to a Super Bowl win in the future, he will have the same big alligator tears rolling down his face like many of us fans will. I really hope the culture changes to something of our own, instead of always copying another teams blueprint. Be patient fans, it will take time but I feel like they are putting the right processes in place from the top down. Haha new year, new hope. But as for this year I’m just along for the ride and not expecting big wins, you as fans shouldn’t either, give them a few years to fix this wreck that Patricia left them with.

I like Dan Campbell........ I can see why he was hired. He seems like a reasonable leader. I’m just curious about his philosophies on offense and defense. Seems solid though
It very disheartening that your press conferences have so many ads.
Shelia seems like a competitor. She's an athlete, played tennis in college for Yale. So I get her desire to just learn and understand the process from so many sides. That way, if these guys don't work out, she knows why. Then know what to look for next. I'm pessimistic at this point, being a long time lions fan, but I can see what thier going for. It doesn't feel like theor just throwing money at it telling it to grow! Seems more like a science-based approach.

I’m not saying it is smart to resign him, but to let him walk for pretty much nothing is kind of idiotic. So what if he wants to get a bag? He’s earned it. I say we tag him, and either ride it out and see if he’s worth keeping around, or just trade him to a wr needy team.

I hate what I've seen from Dan Campbell. I think he is going to be a disorganized mess as a coach. I don't think he has a plan at all.
