Hey mate :D Im German. Iam in the troops. Believe me there is absolutely nothing happening in the german military. Still as "weak" as 3 years ago. With weak I mean way below the budget it would need. 1 Billion Euro annually should be the goal to make a change. Totally under the budget right now. Great training and amazing equipment but waaaaaay too less of it in manpower. WEve lost like 50% of active soldiers in the last 20 years :D Politicians just talked big and money got shifted here and there and at the end the army got new boots and some more ammunition thats shipped straight somewhere else and thats bascially it :D Its fucked up. They said they wanted to invest more into the military but they didnt do shit.
The thing is: Kayaks are QUIET when you try to approach an enemy emplacement without being noticed.
