I am looking to come to Philippines ( not necessarily for love ) just for vacation (surfing and fishing is a must)
Is cebu good for this? I don’t have a lot of money
Yes you can go for a fishing in the province area but there is no beach ideal for surfing. White sand beaches are nice for vacation here in Cebu

Cheapest I can find is 1000 Canadian , that’s the plane ride alone without hotels , food and transportation .
The pacific pension looks alright though I found pretty good deal for 3-4 weeks but not the time I wanted

I don’t like to sit on the beach all day , usually when I go to Mexico I play volleyball and other fun sports at the resort . So those types of things would interest me . Maybe go to a gun range ? Or is that not allowed in Philippines

It's in fuente Osmenia... Around 300 metres from this place, you can even just walk going there.
