All builds are OP to be honest. Some are slower to become OP than others, but once you hit 30 to 40, you're sort of badass no matter the build :)

I remember I walked on the driveway up towards the highway, dropped down onto the roof. From there I got to Tiny Mike, swiped a few guards, went through the Chinese takeaway and to the car.
I'll have you know, Johnny _canonically_ likes Ponpon Shit (or maybe _V_ does, and Johnny's getting it from them). There's a scene where he plays it on the guitar. (In the secret dev room in the Kabuki roundabout, if I recall correctly.)
