Amazing video! I started here as a child and now being 27 years old I can say I've learned lessons that have stuck with me for life. Discipline, self control, confidence, the ability to get back up when you are knocked down, reading body language, the list goes on. I still look at my parents enrollling me here as one of the most crucial and formative decisions they ever made for my develpment. I've learned so many skills that translate to my adult life now and even help me run my own business and I didnt even mention yet, how much I learned and retained in the martial arts.
