Great information! I live near Traverse City, Michigan and lots of folks from my area have a second home in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area and go there in the winter to "shovel sunshine" instead of snow!
Excelent video! Very intuitive. Congrats!! So do you think that a family of 4 can survive with one only income at Yuma Arizona? $12.80 usd per hour 40 hours per week?
I’m not sure if this is a prank? We cover the Phoenix area - but at $12.80/hr that’s $2048/month before taxes. If that’s the only source of income for a family - in my opinion - there’s zero chance of survival in this area on such low wages. In Gilbert AZ at In N Out burger they start the cooks at $16/hr. These are mostly young adults still living with their families. Not sure where you are coming from but $15/hr is considered the unofficial minimum wage. As a business you won’t find employees for less money. Hope this helps!

glad it helps. The Phoenix area is very expensive! you'll likely need bare minimum $6,000/month to care for a family of 4 here.
