PIA and if there is any other air line that runs under government needs to bring tens of changes. 1. First of all they should not be under the government so that it can create and earn more customers by providing good services. and tax payers dont have pay them for nothing. 2. They have to take away all those unnecessary expensive incentives which are being provided to staff i.e. providing free travelling and stay in luxurious and expensive hotels to the executives and their families that way PIA will have more profit. 3. Also PIA should be privatized so that they can improve their services and compete in open market by providing good services (appreciated by customers not executives) instead of imposing bad services for more money. Everyone wants to see their own country airline successful but not with bad and expensive services imposed by government by creating obstacles against other service providers by imposing unrealistic policies. 4. Come in the open market and compete by providing good and cheap services and you will grow. 5. Remove all free incentives being provided to different officials and their families. They should work for salaries or leave. 7. Keep everything open so that corruption can be eliminated. 8. Fire all corrupt officials and put them in jail according to law. 9. Hire qualified, intelligent, and capable staff from top to bottom who will bring new energies and ideas to improve business. 10. Do the business as others do in the world.
