- Gladiolus is one of the most popular and beautiful flowers in the world. These are grown from its Corms. It should be grown in the month of the October and November. These are very nice border flowers plants or grown in pots and cans. It is very easy to grow and care.

I planted some corms similar to yours in size. I planted them and got 2-3 sprouts on each. When I dug them up I saw that small corms had formed on top of the original corm, each small corm was one of the sprouts I got.
They never gave me flowers just leaves.
I plan to replant these tiny corms again and see if they get big enough to produce flower.

It is already 3 months since I got gladiolus germinated. I did exactly the procedure you suggested while repotting but no spikes are seen Please advise what to do to get spikes. The plants are fully exposed to sunlight. I am calling from Bangalore. The day temperatures in Bangalore is 30 degrees celcius,

There is this one small request i.e to include information about the best time for sowing seeds/bulbs or taking cuttings and prunings etc for that particular plant. some bulbs do not have sprouts. Do you say that they will also germinate or they will not.
Give them some time. I've seen some take 3 days and some take 10 days to germinate.
I had got small corms,,,. They got sprouted after 2 months

I have planted 8 corns of Gladiolus a month back. They germinated. The plants are nearly 3 feet tall but there are no spikes hence no flowers.
