Not a touring caravan really - but a beautiful studio to stay in if you have a pitch to put it on. Wonderful! I'd move in tomorrow. A lovely writing cabin just for me and my dog :)
Nice one Andrew, you are in the know! thanks for the private tour it is lovely, though cleaning all those mirrors would be time consuming but a nice time on rainy days, love the reclining lounge, and I could easily slide into this luxury living cheers from Australia.
Looks like Adria have taken the idea from Bailey when they dabbled with the Retreat range, and made it so much better. The Retreat was launched in 2012 and was marketed as a seasonal pitch caravan modelled on a static
I think it is great for someone who has vacation property and wants a seasonal home to use while they can take their time and build the permanent structure they wish. When the permanent structure is built, this can serve as a guest house, pool house, and / or destination trailer. It is large for European standards but the smaller unit is quite manageable.
Been looking forward to seeing this version. Thank you. Tried to find a 2016 model a couple of years back but this is unrecognisable to the former Astella. Totally agree this is more for seasonal pitches or permanent living. Let's hope we get a peak at the NEC next month (doggies on tour)
A terrific looking leisure vehicle. Very plush and practical. The uk manufacturers playing catch up as usual. Superb practical features and luxuries. Exemplary.
The future of caravanning! I’m not sure 🤔. The outside looks amazing but I was a little underwhelmed with the interior. Great review Mr Ditton. Thank you for sharing.
Ah, the good old "if you have to ask what it costs, you can't afford it" category. :) Very swish. I'm not a caravan guy but I can change my mind. Except of course for not being able to afford it. And of course the size and space means it's more transportable than fully mobile. But really, the interior of that is basically what you dream about isn't it? Very high end, spacious, absolutely perfect for a solo dweller or a couple. None of that "family of four nasty compromise" nonsense here.
It is a tiny loft on wheels! It is the most beautiful caravan I ever saw. I’m normally not interested in caravans but this one is amazing 😲 I go specially to Dordrecht Open to see this beauty. And of course the other great stuff of Adria. By the way........again a nice presentation Andrew! 👌👍
Only 5 minutes, very generous of Adria. Surely they don't have so many 'influencers' queueing up to look at it that they can't give you half an hour ho have a real good look. I'm a camper van chap so not directly interested in this but it looks nicely done.
Long time no see Andrew. I am pleased to see you again. How is Dougal doing? I hope he is fine. I see the new Adria Estella, what a nice caravan! It's top notch. I wish I could live in one like it and travel around Europe! Actually, I lived in a caravan in Kingfisher Caravan Park (Gosport, Hampshire) at Browndown road. It was such an amazing time!
Yes a lovely well made ? mobile or static caravan I think that as you have already suggested it may be a little to big for the uk roads but may well appeal to some.
Its perfect solution for my garden to keep it there and use it all studio flat all year. Just wonder what is it like dragging this little house on the wheel behind car and what car I need to be able to make it.
I admit I didn’t look through all the comments for an answer (because that’s a lot of comments) but are there other shades or something for the slider, for privacy? Those drapes are cool looking, but they’re like lace at night.
I like it, Andrew. Mind you, I like Adria designs overall. I can see this being popular in the UK and fuelling the AirBnB market and attracting seasonal pitch devotees. I could live in one too! 😀
Oh I love it. It is a caravan companies response to a tiny home. It would be great for young people who can't afford a house but could perhaps live in this cheaply till they can afford a house or land. It looks very comfortable.
Beautiful styling but I was a little disappointed with the interior I was expecting it to be more spacious. Lovely engineered, I’m a Swift owner but I love the Adria finish and detail. Think I’d miss towing though.
Love it, but miss maybe a slide out or a roof sleeping room or maybe a roof terrasse, or maybe a back end terrasse. Anyway, love it, but what is the price?
As a seasoned caravaneer would you choose the Adria or Airstream as your luxury Air bnb?? I love what Hoffman architecture have done with living vehicle but the new cost of $200k USD and the weight eek.
Hey Andrew, Nice Video and great Caravan. For me, the 3000kg is a Nummer, so more a tiny House. But window and Door concept should good ideas for traveling Caravans also. BR Stefan 🤗
Looks swish but reservations on the practicality of using/living in it... Dining? Visitors on a cool day? Aerodynamics? Tow handling? Shiny surfaces and fingerprints (lol)! Would love you to have this for a few weeks and report back!
Saw 2 of these at the introduction in the Netherlands. They have all kinds of layouts I guess because the one we went into had the kitchen in the back. Though they were 60k and 70k so expensive! Wasn't busy at all, but I guess it was because it was outside and raining :p
Great idea and Adria's in house modernist design approach is perfect for this . A little unadventurous on layout and use of space though . They could have been a bit more creative with this. love the concept though
if they can make a smaller version which you can tow with a normal car,say 1500 kg,I am game. love the double doors, the sofa which is comfortable, and a REAL bathroom. should be possible to make a 5 meter version
Omg, I am DESPERATE to get this! Here in the USA we are stuck with dreadful design stuck in the 1970’s. Am trying to find out about this unit’s holding tanks - do you have any info about these? Think I saw a freshwater tank size but what about waste tanks?
Hi Eileen, I've linked to Adria's website. Normally in the EU we don't have fixed waste tanks, we drain to an outside tank which gets taken away by hand or on wheels to a dump station. It's easier when the caravan is fixed in one spot.
I visited this exact "camper" in Wevelgem, Belgium (at DKW Caravan I think the dealership is called) only yesterday. Adria, funnily enough, is not known for being top of the line as far as quality goes though - quite lower down actually but this just blew us away. We had no intention of buying one (way too dear for our budget - we bought a 2020 LMC 520 K) but it was soooo gorgeous! The width (252 cm) of this is too much for driving in most EU countries and we mostly take our caravan down to the south of France so a definite no no.
What is it? A caravan? A tiny house? A cabin? Either way, it's pretty lush! Let me know what you think...
I vote all three
it's a caravan albeit a large one
Are u in France?
It's amazing, whatever it is!
@@pinkglovegarage No. Düsseldorf is in Germany...
So nice, what a luxury caravan to indulge in.
Not a touring caravan really - but a beautiful studio to stay in if you have a pitch to put it on. Wonderful! I'd move in tomorrow. A lovely writing cabin just for me and my dog :)
Sounds great!
Finally a decent interior design concept for a trailer. No more 90s cabinetry. Would love to see the toy hauler version of this.
I’ve decide to tow with a van and remove the need for toy hauler compromise
I'm going to call it a land yacht. The design is very reminiscent of modern sailboats, like Jeanneau or Bavaria. Clean, sleek, and efficient.
That is AMAZING! Finally, a worthy bathroom!
I would call it a tiny home, but that's because I would live in it.
Hello Andrew .
I watch all your videos.
Thank you very much for showing us this Alpina model.
A hug from Barcelona.
Thank you .
So modern and if future touring caravans are going to be like this then I’m looking forward to it.
To me the Astella is THE highlight of Caravan Salon👍❤️
Well what ever it is it is gorgeous, definitely seasonal love the patio doors. I could live in it .👍👍👍
Andrew , this is a wonderful carava, great features,,and the bed in back, can be there all day, what a concept for a Caravan, Cheerio, From NJ, USA.
The interior of this is amazing. I dont know what I feel about the outside just yet... But the insides.. Woah!
I want one!, Beautiful! Finally....Great Style!
So lovely. Nice whit glamping... nice to see that more modern interior
Wowwwwwwwww , that is some caravan , I am totally in awe , absolutely amazing , now if I were a rich woman that would be top of my list !!
Thanks for the tour. Very sleek. Love it. Tiny Home or Cabin.
i like your commentary, it's sort of minimal and no nonsense rah rah. good work. i feel calm like i'm actually there
Home from home. .it might be heavy, it might be long, it is expensive but it's always nice to dream! Only 1 thing missing though doggy bowl !
I think it is great for someone who has vacation property and wants a seasonal home to use while they can take their time and build the permanent structure they wish. When the permanent structure is built, this can serve as a guest house, pool house, and / or destination trailer. It is large for European standards but the smaller unit is quite manageable.
Think your probably right, seasonal pitch. Definitely an aspirational one. Might but dream.
Move over airstream .......Hello Astella ! Love it
I can't believe it for the price. Amazing
This is good. Love this. It is a new concept to caravan.
Although I already saw it in another video, it is nice to see your version as well :-) Thank you Dougal an Fudge for the little extra ;-)
Thank you for taking us around it has been so popular out here I have even struggled to get close. 😊👍👍
Love it pal. Great way forward for Caravan planning. Thanks for this simple informative walk around as usual. Brilliant👍😎
Thanks Rob!
Been looking forward to seeing this version. Thank you. Tried to find a 2016 model a couple of years back but this is unrecognisable to the former Astella. Totally agree this is more for seasonal pitches or permanent living. Let's hope we get a peak at the NEC next month (doggies on tour)
why would they still do the fold-out sink in a Lux Cabin? why can't we have a decent washroom?
It's lovely. Here in the USA we call them park models. Usually left on site at a campground.
That’s it. I’m moving to Europe. It’s gooooorrrrgeous
It’s beautiful!❤️❤️I could totally live in it!
Good job!! Astella i love it!!
Wow...all I need now are my lotto numbers and a fab pitch, I would live it . great review👏💕
Typo..live in it.
A terrific looking leisure vehicle. Very plush and practical. The uk manufacturers playing catch up as usual. Superb practical features and luxuries. Exemplary.
Luxury caravan. Beautiful! Very homey. And yes, I could definitely live out of it and force me to SUPER downsize & free myself from STUFF...😣
The future of caravanning! I’m not sure 🤔. The outside looks amazing but I was a little underwhelmed with the interior. Great review Mr Ditton. Thank you for sharing.
Bring some to North America with an option of a quiet A/C.They will sell like hot pancakes.
Interesting to see a new take on a caravan door too, bring the outdoors in. (A bit like caravan meets panel van motorhome conversion?)
Ah, the good old "if you have to ask what it costs, you can't afford it" category. :) Very swish. I'm not a caravan guy but I can change my mind. Except of course for not being able to afford it. I go specially to Dordrecht Open to see this beauty. And of course the other great stuff of Adria.
By the way........again a nice presentation Andrew! 👌👍
Thanks Wim!
Thanks for showing this, but what can tow it into position? Even if used as a seasonal pitch. Even a Discovery can’t tow it. Good job though.
Ross D we would tow that with our large truck. Want one so badly, it is so much more beautiful than anything we can get here in the US. Jealous!
Only 5 minutes, very generous of Adria. Surely they don't have so many 'influencers' queueing up to look at it that they can't give you half an hour ho have a real good look. I'm a camper van chap so not directly interested in this but it looks nicely done.

It's bloody fantastic is what it is!
Yes a lovely well made ? mobile or static caravan
I think that as you have already suggested it may be a little to big for the uk roads but may well appeal to some.
Bob Rogers Saturday night special
Absolutely LOVE IT! Go Adria 👌🏻
Stunning I would definitely love one of those for my seasonal pitch home from home
Awesome model!
If Adria made a conventional caravan based on this exterior and interior look, style and layout - I would be one of the first to buy it.
You never know Simon...
Its perfect solution for my garden to keep it there and use it all studio flat all year. Just wonder what is it like dragging this little house on the wheel behind car and what car I need to be able to make it.
Yes I could live in it too ...Hi Dougy x
I love the layout, especially the double doors. Shame its so heavy. I would like those doors combined into a "normal" fixed double bed caravan.
This is so stunning...
It’s lovely. It doesn’t look like it’s aerodynamic so I would use it as a cabin.
'Its not fore everybody' Its going to appeal to a lot more ppl than any caravan Ive ever seen!
Double Hello?? What a treat!
Love it, but miss maybe a slide out or a roof sleeping room or maybe a roof terrasse, or maybe a back end terrasse. Anyway, love it, but what is the price?
What a beautiful van 👍😁
I love it but where can you pitch these things?
As a seasoned caravaneer would you choose the Adria or Airstream as your luxury Air bnb?? I love what Hoffman architecture have done with living vehicle but the new cost of $200k USD and the weight eek.
Hmm... that's a toughie. Airstream in the US and Adria in Europe I'd say.
Hey Andrew,
Nice Video and great Caravan. For me, the 3000kg is a Nummer, so more a tiny House.
But window and Door concept should good ideas for traveling Caravans also.
BR Stefan 🤗
Well! I'm really lovin that.😲👌
Wow, it’s amazing. Call it what you like, I like it 👍🏼 thanks for showing us around
Lovely- only negative is all that space wasted behind the sofa with the plants in...there must be about 2 extra feet there!
I think that's where the bed base lives. I only had 5 minutes unfortunately.
It seems that there is front storage here. A panel outside can be lifted to access the propane tanks and two side compartments.
It’s a dream absolutely wonderful 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚🇫🇷
It’s a dream. Bring it to the south west USA.
I am going to say caravan, it’s really fresh. Hope to see it at the nec 🎩👌😉🇬🇧
Definitely luxurious
Love the mirror hellows. And sometimes even apologising for the stupidity of it 😁
Spectacular
Very nice indeed.
3:21 That Mr Bean moment when he says hello to the mirrow LMAO
Amazing caravan but what would tow it?
Most big vans, most big 4x4's and if in doubt a 750kg truck
You need a vehicle over 3500kg and a commercial or HGV licence because of its length being over 7m
Does Adria ship to Canada?
beautiful, reminds me of the cravan for me ma, hahaaaaa.....
and shes terrible partial to the periwinkle blue hahaaaaaa
Liked it a lot, but didn’t get the planter behind the sofa.
Looks swish but reservations on the practicality of using/living in it... Dining? Visitors on a cool day? Aerodynamics? Tow handling? Shiny surfaces and fingerprints (lol)! Would love you to have this for a few weeks and report back!
I'd love to have one for a few weeks too!
And the Oscar goes to: ANDREW DITTON. What a nice presentation! Gratulation my friend. W O W!
Thank you my friend :)

Thanks for the peek Andrew. A beast of a box. Not a fan of this one. To each there own.
Where was the wardrobe space, coat cupboard?
if they can make a smaller version which you can tow with a normal car,say 1500 kg,I am game.
love the double doors, the sofa which is comfortable, and a REAL bathroom.
should be possible to make a 5 meter version
What about the outside, connections, power, water etc.
Verrry nice...how much?
Hi Andrew, I sell lots of seasonal caravans as I’m in Cornwall, Hobby and such like, is it under the 7m legal limit to tow on the road in the uk?
No, you need a commercial vehicle in the UK.
Hi Andrew looks lovely but lounge doesn't look comfy was it
As always good video
Omg, I am DESPERATE to get this! Here in the USA we are stuck with dreadful design stuck in the 1970’s. Am trying to find out about this unit’s holding tanks - do you have any info about these? Think I saw a freshwater tank size but what about waste tanks?

But where is the dining table? There is only a lounge set. Would like to see how this works in a vid
Adria the best!:)
Saw one on the road yesterday being towed by a tsler big combo
Wow. That must have been a sight!
This is so cute!
