It's been a crazy journey. From being a professional football at a pro academy, suffering our injures & setbacks including being released from a pro academy. To playing non-league for my first full season in 4years... TO NOW moving abroad to play in the Spanish league system & be back training full-time once again. I'M TOO EXCITED!

Dude, I’m sure this goes without saying but do your best to learn the language and integrate to the culture.
In the long run, coaching, scouting or whatever you decide to do post football can all be built around a second language.
But I know your a young pro so it’ll also help in the short term to keep you grounded and happy. And that could help you flourish on the pitch.

And to feel at home too, you’ll make friends quicker butchering their language than not trying at all.

Me being irish and pale and slightky ginger, the spanish sun is not good for my skin😂 how are you coping with the heat and sun burn? Are you reapplying sun cream every couple of hours as i imagine you would sweat it off quickly
Pffff video goes dummy af bro, btw you should give running with barefoot shoes a go, to help strengthen your feet more. I swapped over from running in trainers over to barefoot/barefoot shoes and the endurance and springyness in my lower legs increased a fuckton ever since.

A year in that cost around 20k usd. SO instead of getting paid - u have to be? Okay i get it ... u get a flat hopefully? and nice and good training and i think its great to train one year under all these professional conditions but still. . u r paying for it.
