Totally understand what you're saying regarding Goblin Slayer. It speaks volumes about how much trust you've built with third parties that they're happy to explain business decisions in confidence to you. It's unfortunate, but hopefully the backlash will help reduce situations like this happening in the future.

Just Beyond Good and Evil for me. It mostly passed me by back in the day, and I still prefer physical media anyway. Plus, my logic is I can keep working through my backlog (or just keep playing Baldur's Gate 3) until it ships. lol

👸wow IDK that the digital version of TSUKIHIME takes up 23 GB, glad I got the physical copy.
I was considering getting a digital copy since there's no way I can get a physical here right now. But the size really put me off.
I'm happy to see older but well regarded titles such as Streets of Rogue get physicals; more often than not the game is complete at that point and the physical becomes the definitive way to own it.
Not entirely sure on a personal level if the game is one I'll spend as much time with as some of the others but there are plenty of older titles that it would be nice to see physical releases of (even if many of them are maybe a bit on the small side, and would benefit from being part of collection carts, rather than single games)

I would assume that “red art games” is straight up publisher, and they have nothing to do with the developers and their decisions. i’ve been wrong before.
I wonder how the game would perform without the UA-cam channel, because 40k wishlists is a lot but getting only about 3k in the next fest is far less than I expected.

I bought the japanese release of Goblin Slayer with tge notion that English would be added later. If they do not add it I will not be buying the north american release. Im just over it.

My game of the week is SaGa Emerald Beyond but I'm way more excited for Goblin Slayer. I don't normally pre order but I did pre order that one. Now they just need to do a blu ray for season 2 of the anime!
I didn't know about the censorship of Princess maker in PlayCensored 5 (From the start I was buying it for the Switch of course). Also I had no idea about the collector's edition of MADiSON. Again Jordan thank you.

I was initially excited for Beyond Good and Evil... then I realized the game I was picturing in my head was Beyond the Beyond which is not the same thing. That game would be a good candidate for a Switch remaster since it had a lot of good qualities but some flaws that could be hammered out.
The beyond G&E looks good & I'm still thinking of getting it but don't know as I never got into it when it 1st released back then so for now that is the only game in this review that has caught my eye.
Beyond Good and Evil is one of my all time favorites,between the xbox,ps2 and Gamecube I have played and beat that game countless times back in the day. Unfortunately I no longer have any of those versions anymore so I am happy to be getting this one, definitely getting it physically.

Hope the performance issues and graphical bugs in Beyond Good and Evil are patched by the time the cartridges are printed.
If you can't trust Jordan, who can you trust? NDAs suck honestly. But I have a lot of appreciation for Red Art Games after the was a mishap with my preorder of Smelter and Sword of the Vagrant. Glad to see they aren't to blame.
Bamco has pulled this before when Dynasty Warriors Gundam Reborn (a game that could use a rerelease or sequel since it is locked to the PS3) where only UK got a physical release. Though I find it odd, it has only had one trailer and that is it, nothing else, which has me on the cautious side for this port.
It's an older game, so they probably don't feel the need to market it too hard.
Is the Princess Maker game actually getting a professional translation? Pretty sure others in the series have been released in the West before with shoddy machine translations.
I'm currently playing this version and the translation seems fine to me.
0:20 I could've purchased that, if they had it in NA. That one is actually a disappointment, it not being released in NA but Switch has covered lots of ground on games, maybe bandai namco couldn't afford to release it in both markets.
Don't know much about Goblin Slayer but it does pique my interest... is it worth buying?
I am going to have to give my money to LRG this week, unfortunately. I have Beyond G&E physically on PS2, digitally on PS3 and physically on XBOX 360. I cannot NOT get it again. I wish this had a retail release instead.

It’s possible but I doubt it. There are certain circumstances that indicate this is a different situation.

SaGa is the best RPG series I just can't seem to love. I appreciate what it does differently but it tends to punish my playstyle (fight everything, explore everywhere).
I really shouldn't even be watching these, I can't afford to buy games right now. I have a few things trickling in, but its not like it was. I'll be here watching as long as you keep putting them out though!

@@SwitchWatch Yeah, aside from FF Legend 2 it is the one I've gotten the deepest into, always seem to wind up versus a boss that one-shots my whole team.

the issue I have with goblin slayer is this.
firts of I dont blame jordan at all for being unable to tell us having said that though
if its just an innocent reason whatis the whole point of having it under an nda at all? Its not that I dont trust Jordan but I dont relay trust red art in this (maybe they even lied to jordan) I want to make it clear I am not saying they lied to jordan its just an posibility.
my issue with nda for crap like this is if its not to be talked about there is something fishy going on otherwise they wouldnt mind telling. especialy considering this is realy bad PR for them.
at the verry least I wont be buying this game for that reason even though it looks like something I would love to get. its not enough for me to never buy red art games ever agaian but like with lrg it wil probatly mean I buy elss from them. I doubt they care and thats fine but I hope many more people do it.
