Diablo invites another 3 primordials to join tempest and Mc names them and they all work under rimiru. Their are only 7 primordial demons and rimiru has 4 of them under him. One of the primordial demons is a demon lord and the other 2 work under guy crimson so rimiru got the most op squad. The primordial demons are the first generation of demons so they're the oldest and most powerful of the demons and rimiru has 4 put of the 7 working under him. He also has veldora who is also one of the 4 true dragons and I think Veldoras older sister lives in tempest as well. Rimiru also gets another op demon called zegion who is op asf as well. BTW ranga evolves twice later on as well. Rimiru also becomes the fifth true dragon and gets the new title of great demon lord which is the rank after true demon lord. I think he is the only demon lord to become a great demon lord. His final evolution is to become a god which happens at the end of the series

Benimaru is stronger until a certain point, in the web novel, I'm pretty sure diablo is stronger in the late-game. at least afaik its hinted as he is stronger, it is debatable tho, but the top 3 will be Diablo, Benimaru, and Zegion. In my opinion, zegion is stronger than Benimaru, I don't know about diablo tho, so my list will be Diablo > Zegion > Benimaru.

I'm a bit sad that the episode skipped the part where Rimuru and Benimaru taste Shion's food and discover about her new skill "Cook". That skill is freaking OP.
Not sure if it was the cuts or not from the video editing. Initially after waking up and after the cheers, Benimaru confirm the pass phrase and got in trouble with Shion. Can’t say what happened with them, as it might pop up in the next episode or not.
There’s a celebration feast. Diablo meets up with Rimuru while his sitting back in his human form, having a drink and the interaction is basically the same as you saw.
Rimuru actually arrives and the cave and is met by Gabiru. Doing great work with growing the special plants and he get promoted to be allowed to come to important meetings. And is told to prevent anyone from entering the cave and disturb Rimuru from what ever he is doing deep inside.
Releasing Veldora from the infinite prison, they have a talk, Veldora had turned his body into magicules when he was inside Rimuru and so instead, Rimuru made a clone medium for Veldora to possess.
There’s more but I get the feeling that, things have been changed and they may explain things further in the next episode as well. I’m basically watching the anime version along with you guys, so I don’t actually know what else they changed from the manga.
For Your Information: This episode is the last episode of the first half of season 2, which mean the production team gonna swap the series into a spin-off called "Slime Diary" or something like that.
The story take place somewhere after Rimuru defeat the Orc Lord and before Milim came. Rimuru has receive paper, so he came up with the idea to write a diary. The story progress in the actual and same timeline with the main series, but will focus on everything that not so important on the main series, like how is his town like in the free time.
It will be air after a week the last of first half for about 3 months, and then the second half of season 2 continue.
No one can draw such a great anime in my country, so if Japan's anime import ban is banned, I can't live.

Milim is called the Dragon Empress, she's the daughter of Veldanava, the oldest true dragon and the creator of the universe. In slime, monsters can lose almost all their powers to their offspring. That is the same case with Veldanava as well. So imagine how powerful Millim really is. This is only a small part of what she can really do. She's a catastrophe class demon lord for a reason.
Also Demons can use creation magic (tho i'm not sure about lower-ranking demons), that's where the butler type attire of Diablo came from. It is from his desire to serve Rimuru and be his loyal servant. To add about Diablo, he's a good friend of Guy, the first demon lord, and is in par with Guy back in the days before he became a demon lord. Diablo's strength is recognized by him. Guy also stated that Diablo is a special demon, he can easily cross the border from the world to the evil realm and vice versa. The Diablo from s1 ep23.5 let himself be summoned because he is bored but even if there's no summoner he can get outside the evil realm to the world which is not possible to other demons even to other primordials. According to King Gazel in LN, there are records of Primordial Black's sightings in different parts of the world before he was summoned by Rimuru.

Blue Progenitor (Bleu) > Rhain (Guy's Subordinate)
Green progenitor (Vert) > Mizari (Guy's Subordinate)
Black Progenitor (Noir) > Diablo (Rimuru's Subordinate)
White Progenitor (Blanc) > Testarossa (Rimuru's Subordinate)
Yelllow Progenitor (jaune) > Carrera (Rimuru's Subordinate)

It has been mentioned but not emphasized that Rimuru has become a "true demon lord", i.e., he is something more than normal demon lords. I imagine it is sort of like Veldora being one of the four true dragons, making him an integral part of the world. We don't know any details yet, but I'm pretty sure this will be an important fact going forward.

Before i read the Light Novel i always thought that Veldora would play some inner demon troupe like Kurama and Naruto, but they actually brought him out and much sooner than i'd ever imagined.

If anyone is wondering why there are no other slimes in Tensura. It's because they only show up during summer when they breed and apparently they are very delicious that is eaten like Jello by all kinds of monsters.

About Milim: I really don’t think it’s mind control but a different type of control. We learned fro Mulan that Clayman’s unique skill is called Puppeteer. I bet there’s a connection between that and Milim’s behaviour.
With that in mind, if Clayman used the same technique in Mulan as he did with Milim, we could see that Mulan still had some control over her actions except for the order that she was given. It could be that Milim was ordered to attack the beast lands, but It may have been Milim’s decision to announce that she would be attacking in a week to give the people time to evacuate.

No, everyone who Rimuru named levels up with him. They are not giving to him, he is always only giving to them. So, as he gets more powerful, they get more powerful.
It is kind of a 2 way street because he ends up with access to basically all their skills through their connection with him.

Also, recall the fairy tale about the half-dragon girl who killed 10,000 people out of revenge for the death of her dragon? I don’t know for certain but I feel confident that was Milim. The thing about Milim is that her mind is like a kids right, so she can be easily fooled even tho she is powerful. Her childlike mind is her weakness. So I think Clayman is exploiting that somehow. I remember even right before Milim returned home from Tempest, she was in the sauna with Rimuru and his friends. They all told her as a joke to not be fooled. I think that might be a foreshadowing to what is happening.
Milim is one of the oldest demon lords and she is incredibly intelligent. She just keeps up the childish personality because she just enjoys living happily Im pretty sure. Everyone just thinks that she is easy to fool because she looks childish
