I love your hair in this literally the color the new extensions it all just looks so nice this is definitely my favorite hairstyle i've seen you with so far but you look good no matter what anyway this is just so my taste i'm jealous. Implants are more prone to breakage and leaks which can cause severe infections if not replaced around every decade. To remove them instead will give you unattractive saggy skin (breast lift time) especially if you chose a very big size.
If you compared saggy breasts, breast lift scars, and new boobs, it's easy to see what people prefer.
