immortal is just annoying, but i can live with that mechanic, but 'dodge' is simply frustrating, especially on arcane heroes. At least if you have a tech opp , you can use a metahuman to avoid any "dodge" mechanic. But for arcane you can do absolutely nothing :(
Devs: this game is so old, I know, let's introduce mechanics no one wants.
MK11 Liu Kang would kounter these dodges easily. He gives himself and his MK11 Teammates immunity to Blind and their attacks cannot be dodged when they tag every 15 seconds.

question for everyone: did your league got attacked in this season of LI ? we have zero points, because our league was not attacked in all these days of attack phase. Very strange..and of course annoying because we didnt get any points from defense towers
I can't be sure but I think this happens when you don't lock your base before the fights start. It's happened three times to one of my leagues.

we had that problem last month
up until now, I was alway the one to start the attack phase, so i was carefull to get the base ready before that. therefore we always got a lot of points just from defensive. But now any league member (therefore any noob) can start, which is extremely stupid

I know I and pretty much everyone else hates dodge but let’s be honest without dodge invasions would be easy dodge, bombardment, and reflect shield are what makes it a challenge
Challenge is something that you can overcome by becoming better. You can't overcome dodge. It's a random mechanic that instantly screws you. It's infinitely worse than random crits in TF2.
@@lazyvector well we are having more true damage chances showing up that can bypass dodge any agility character now and arcane heroes and some characters have hits that can somewhat ignore dodge a great example is gold vixen her jump attack is a double hit so less likely to be hindered by dodge but she also has a useable block jump attack that is continuous it’s a different form of play our basic combos don’t really work but they are adding more ways around this but it does force us to look at heroes that have block double hits as a possible combo builder
@@lazyvector it’s something I learned that heroes have other forms of combos outside of the basic when I got the beta club for king block jump is not ideal but it works and some heroes like vixen and cheetah have access to unique attacks that have potential you’d be surprised how effective vixen can be in arena with the block jump block jump block jump combo and it holds true fairly well for league invasions
@@lazyvector if I have bwtd vs a hero that’s hard to combo interrupt she can infinite block jump combo an opponent when flooding is up and deal pretty much the same damage however it becomes un ideal to stack her crisis energy so you need another way for that but that is doable
