Mexico Travel: Isla Mujeres Street Food Tacos!!!

Hello Everyone and welcome back!! I hope you've all been well.
OK, so if street food is your style, then you will want to check out this video. I had seen this food stand very busy every morning that I walked past it. Well since this was near the end of my trip, I thought I'd check it out.
I was really impressed at how delicious the food was and Santiago was a really cool, down to earth guy. I found it interesting that his family has been working in this area for roughly 25 years!! The name is Taqueria Arco.

What time in the morning street food stand normally run out or close up? Where was this one , city center? We are going the 1st week in August and I want to eat all the street food!
