I am a pharmacy student and this has helped me tremendously before my acute care exams next week (one of the topics is transplant medicine)!! Your explanations and analogies are very clear and easy to remember! Can you please do a video on the place of corticosteroids in transplant medicine?
Yay! I'm so excited it helped!!! And my best wishes for your exams! :) The prednisolone practice varies in the world, some places in states wean off pred entirely, but in Australia we like to continue for the life of the transplant being in situ (lowest dose 5mg) - i hope that helps! :)
Hi Zainab - I'm so happy you found it useful :) thanks so much watching and please let me know if there's anything you would like me to teach on here. Thank you so much again. Kristeen
I had a kidney transplant 7 years ago..Im a little surprised that i haven't been sick since my transplant...never got flu or 19 vaccines ,been around sick people but never have got sick. My anti rejection meds are in the ranges necessary. Is this a good thing or no? 3mg Tacro a day Cellcept 500mg a day
Hullo! Great question, honestly, i have no idea. And google didn't seem to help. Maybe it's just letters and numbers pending inspiration for a drug name. Please let me know if you come across the answer
