- After months of training and preparation, the Minutemen execute a daring two-phase assault plan to deliver a crippling blow to the Institute.
The raid begins with a two-man infiltration team making entry through the sewage system, but quickly turns into a bitter and brutal fight in close quarters where every inch of ground gained is bought and paid in bullets and blood.

P.S This is my very first attempt at editing a video and it's also my very first youtube video, so you'r feedback will be greatly appreciated
P.P.S Wow, this has gotten more views than i thought it would. Also thanks for the feedback guys. I didn't think to list the mods used, my bad. When i made the video i was running over 70 different mods, but i will list the ones relevant to the video.

The armor in the video is the Assault Marine Armor from Far Harbor DLC
I crafted the armor with the Crafting Workbenches Mod and equipped all the minutemen after they teleported in. I cut out the part where i do the actual equipping. I used the Minutemen Overhaul 2.0 mod that allows you to give weapons and armor to your minutemen.

So Sturges can't open a security terminal with a novice lock, but can operate a highly advanced teleporter he's never seen before. ok.

That always confused me
To be fair, the teleporter is most likely already set up and Sturges just needs to input coordinates. That's a lot easier than breaking some security encryption.
Mr Wetty Fap. The game would have made more sense, lasted longer, and had the effect that Bethesda was going for if they would have MADE the player get involved with all the factions. I.e. if you had to build the railroad up. (explaining how there were so many heavies in the battles, when you know there is only a few if you dont help them.) If the Brotherhood were the only ones that could build the teleporter. (I shouldn't have to explain why) And it also would have been better if you could initiate the synth rebellion and attack the Institute with the Brotherhood (Basically if you could accomplish all of the factions main goals.)

These Minutemen underwent S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Training
When a combat vet decides to go the guerrilla route instead of brute force heavy armor.
Funny thing is, we've seen something similar to the M4 carbine in FO: NV. We've also seen M-16s in the semi-canon FO: Tactics. So the weapons from this mod are pretty lore friendly.

Yeah, my favorite weapon from New Vegas is the Survivalist rifle, it just looks right.

See if the minutemen were this organized and equipped, I would have chosen them. But in their vanilla state, they are realistically no match for the institute or the brotherhood. I don't care if they win vanilla if you choose them, they would have been crushed and replaced by synths or overwhelmed by the superiority of the brotherhood.
Altis Corporation You can equip them with better armor manually, but I never did I just let them all die and replaced them with death robots that farm and kill things for me, so much easier
Really grinds my gears that the Minutemen were so underwhelming. They had such potential.
Osani Dr they are the best faction if you invest in them. Combat armour with lots of different bases then they could beat all the factions. Plus your companions could help in the settlement.

This is why it's so important to get as much loot from the BoS and Institute as you can before burning bridges with the Institute and going on the offensive.

The mod is called FCOM, it allows you to order and command units.
Unfortunately no, i did not use FCOM. I used the Minutemen Overhaul 2.0, added the mod info into description. Although i have been meaning to give FCOM a try.

And now knowing I can still use console controller it's a done deal for me
I was torn up between using power armor or the marine armor in my play through as end game gear...This helped me a lot.

wait, you can get inside without teleporting.... fucking hwat. ive been playing the long game this whole time and working for those tech hoarders for the last umpteen playthroughs and you can just waltz in like post apocalyptic Nathan Drake! My life is a lie.
also is that the normal bullet time mod? the one that gives you the item that looks like a stealth boy? i dont remember it being that subtle. (would flash and do an obnoxious screen effect)
There should be a menu option in your inventory....has all the different effect like how slow, visuals, audio, and AP consumption
Yeah, the sewer entrance is only used in the minutemen ending i think, might be wrong.
The bullet time effect, it's actually from a Legendary effect, that was added with the Far Harbor DLC. It's called Deadeye and it slows down time when you aim down sights.
I used the legendary crafting mod to add the effect on weapons i like.
aaah i've been playing minutemen with Sim Settlements so i still haven't even left the commonwealth. good to know.

Bernardo Romero If you dont want to equipt them use the minuteman leveled mod. It allows minutemen to level with you and its pretty dank

Well, i don't think there is an exact mod to get Minutemen Commandos, but i used different mods and some wishful thinking to get the outcome in the video. Added the mod list with links to the description.

How is the sneak attack that high? I saw like 4.2 bonus on killing in sneak. Mine is only 2.3 or somewhere around there. Is that a mod?
