@@Junction_Shorts They have a list of pieces attached which you can import into bricklink. And the trucks don't have couplers but you can just buy Lego chains!

That looks amazing. You did a good job on making Edward in your own image. I do hope you can build Henry, Gordan, Nia, Ashima, Emily, Bertie the bus and Bulgy the double decker bus (with his vegetable bus version). And you can build them in your own time and I will be happy to watch your awesome videos of the Thoams & Friends in mini lego form.

Larry I'll have to say Edward looks fantastic and the part of the end where you filmed a shot from one of the episodes with your Lego Thomas engines that was so good. And plus when you build Gordon in future I want to say using the big wheels is a great idea. It matches the size of Gordon's Wheels they're gigantic.

Glad to see you’ve managed to work out a coupling system for your engines and rolling stock. The Edward model looks great too! Curious to see what you’ll do for coaches and a brake van.

This has got to be one of your greatest customs yet! I think that for couplings you could also use handcuff pieces attached to the grey pieces that represent couplings. I'm not sure if it would flex enough but it might be worth a shot!
I definitely would have tried handcuffs had I thought of it, but the chains are far more flexible! Thanks for the shout though

Now the main question i have is, will James be next as he is basically Edward but with a few small modifications to the body, wheel chassic and colour

Edward is one of the best engines of Thomas and friends
Gotta be honest know that you've made Edward, making James would be easy I think, all you do is just change up the wheelbase, switch the color, modify Edwards model and boom you got James (I think...)
Perhaps you should build some coaches, maybe the red coaches that Edward and James pull in the animated series.
I bet James will obviously be next because he basically has the same size and look/design as Edward.

I wouldn't be surprised if the coupling system became a mainstay in any future models.
I may be seen as a traitor to Thomas The LEGO Engine here, but I'd love to see more recreations of the old episodes (obviously episodes that have characters you've built in)

Hey, I’m not sure if this would work but to get the black 1x2 slope on the running board to a 1x1, maybe you could use 2 1x1 brackets on either end to hold the buffer? that way you could put a jumper in the centre and have the slope be flush with the boiler?

Nice Model! I just don't like the edge of the cab that much. Seeing how you mentioned Gordon .... I think you know where I'm going with this. Make Gordon!😈 But after Percy and Salty. So I say GET DESIGNING AND BUILD! When you decide, of course🤗.

Heres a tip: The coupling you used is not sutible for bigger train(Like the play Hogwarts express). But it is a very good coupling system for your mini engines!

Why didn’t you made the front boogie rotate able?
I was going to mention but cut it; having to place the brackets to hold the clips for the small wheels meant it wasn't really possible to have them all attached to a rotating piece, unless I made them even lower. I figured Edward is short enough for this not to be a big issue.
