Sorry to say sir that is transducer ia a device which convert energy in one form to another form. It is not necessary that output should be in Electrical energy form.A/c to your definition, how potentiometer is a transducer, it convert electrical energy in to mechanical energy as a linear or angular displacement.

It is not necessary transducer will be a part of electronic and electrical system. Transducer can be mechanically or electromechanical system.
Example piezoelectric transducer, when we apply electrical energy on piezoelectric material ( on quartz crystal ) then it's physical dimensions are changed it means electrical energy is converted into mechanical form of energy .So all options are correct
