Yes the foundation will suit oily skin… I just swatched maybelline ivory 115 against two shades from Earth Rhythm ( Ivory bone and cool beans ), cool beans was closer to 115 ivory in terms of undertone but was 1 shade deeper than Ivory 115, then I mixed ivory bone and cool beans from earth rhythm and I got the perfect match against maybelline ivory 115. If you have textured skin, use a good primer before hand…. As for this foundation, it is a matte finish foundation but not too drying on skin… Covers up and fills up pores well…
