Scott - this was the most thorough tutorial of the Flair Classic by far. I just got mine and every tutorial on UA-cam had it already assembled! Thank you!
This is an excellent explanation of how to brew with the Flair but my favorite part was when you described how to adjust when your espresso doesn’t taste good. No one does that! Or at least no one explains it so well. Thanks a lot!
Just bought the Flair Pro 2 and have Not used it yet. Watched several "How to' " videos before watching this one. This video gives a lot more helpful information that any of the others . It feels like I'm in coffee college . All thumbs way up !
I just got this "machine" if one can call it that. It takes a bit to learn and work your way around it, but the learning curb, though steep, it is short. The liquid the Flair produces is sweet, flavorful, low in acidity and bitterness, and all around delicious. The biggest difference in flavor was when I changed, from beans bought from a roaster, to the grocery store beans.
The pre-infusion step isn't something I've seen many people talk about with the Flair. Most other videos I've seen don't wait and just pull the lever down slowly after dripping starts. I want to experiment with this and see what difference it can make

Your tips for bitter/sour/weak espresso are really handy, thanks!
Glad you like them!
The audio mix on this video is perfect!

It’s definitely a capable espresso machine, with a bit of work. Good beans are key!
Good beans in, good coffee out

You need more subs! :) Great vid, definitely looking at this as a next purchase for my coffee nook
Thank you, it's definitely a great espresso maker!
Nice video and guide Sir.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video and amazing explanations; thank you! :D
I can't seem to get crema with my flair. So frustrating!
Terrible looking shot, I would skip that so called pre infusion step, it is not really a pre infusion.
