This is from the Scared Rider Xechs LAG Broadcast in 2016, for the anime adaptation of the otome game. Tatsun and Shimonnu belong to the same agency, I'm Enterprise, but despite being four years older, Shimonnu just can't catch a break from the sadistic Tatsun. Hope you got to know Shimono-san a bit more because he is a very diligent person in real life.

Actually Shimono-san is a good senpai, especially in his agency. He often taking care of his kohai and he can be stern! Tatsun has a strong personality and they've been casting together since long time ago, that's why they're very carefree around eachother 😄

But it's funny how even people in the industry even misunderstand the fact that Shimono is the senior. Thanks for the translation, I had a good laugh.
Sometimes it's easy to tell who is the senpai and who the kouhai, since age usually is a big teller, but there are some guys who dont really look their age, or have been around for so long (in reference to my knowledge of them) and have deeply imprinted their senpai-ness in my mind that i can't believe it when they happen to be the kouhais of another seiyuu i also know.
But in the sense of Shimonnu and Tatsun I actually never knew, nor really stopped to think......I mean, Tatsun is just as wild a card as Mamo-chan. Some people just break the hierarchy and thankfully, there are ppl who seem not to mind!
