So if Woolie beats Jimmy in a FT3 in a casual set, will he think that he could have been in grand finals at CEOTaku? Something tells me that's a given how he popped off on Jimmy's training partner.
That was an interesting tournament. Kizzie Kay plays well but honestly, I think his dash forward into tap and instant overhead are making him more harm than good. Most of the time he got punished when he attempted them. I've never been a huge fan of Shizu's instant overhead anyway (I mean, the umbrella version, the light version is good, though). Sure it can catch your opponent off guard but if not, you get punished pretty hard. Also, 1:11:34 None of the two commentator saw that? It wasn't a random Super at all, it was a counter punish...Pretty good one too. I mean, this move if very punishable but you've got to be fast if you want to land the SSM into it.
"You can pick a top tier but they're not gonna carry you" Is that really the right thing to say about the game that had 6 Genjuro's in almost every Top 8 until the patch?
@@diegocm8636 sure used a lot, but outside of small local tournaments, you don't see ukyo players making the finals or winning tourneys because his WFT and SSM are almost usless. Puts him a great disadvantage. I haven't seen a ukyo player win a tournament outside of the local one that SonicSol attends...
@@krissrock yeah he needs a better WFT for sure, but, you see, he's still high tier without it. Nerf Charlotte and Shizumaru and he's top 2 in the game. If he gets a better WFT, he's gonna need nerfs somewhere else. What I mean is, he is not winning tourneys because he's bad, but because of Charlotte (and now Shizu)

Why does Jimmy look like he's a smooth jazz drummer who plays SamSho on the side
lol. He looks like he doesn't even know what SamSho is.
This is the Best fighting game Easy! MK 11 no comparison at all to SSD!!!!!

That Fat commentator is dead wrong, samsho is a slow game. Every offensive action has a consequence, making it a slow game.

I was going through comments on twitch and saw that as well. I think we were just caught in the moment but now I know. Thanks for pointing it out!
@@kenmastersX No problem, I think you were both focusing on what he was doing and missed what his opponent attempted.
Where the combos?
Why did Jimmy never burst to try to make a comeback
How is top 8 over 2 hrs long in a game where u can literally die in less than a minute?
because people play safer because you can literally die in less than a minute
@@LumpyCrumpets yeah samshoo is tense man..
@@LumpyCrumpets lol, well shit if that don't make sense I don't know what does👏

I honestly don't understand the hype on this game its kinda boring to watch super slow
few ukyo players because they nerf'd him so bad in this game
Ukyo is considered high tier tho. Used a lot in tournaments

@@diegocm8636 I hear you. if he could just throw into his WFT (like almost everyone else), i'd be happy

eww. was feeling it until 11:40 wheh both commentators started saying "ray-pee-erz" instead of "rah-pee-ay"
I'll remember next time sorry lol
Hm, looked it up and it's accepted both ways to Google. Probably just gonna mix both but thanks for getting me to look
