LOL!! I love things that run on batteries!!!!! I only use Lithium Ion battery in my ride, pretty sure it's HD as hubby works at our dealership but something I need to confirm, that battery is quite the difference in size for sure.
Nice but note 1 we looking into Lithium battery was reading Description say not for high horse power engine. 2 you going have change your battery tender if you use one
I have also done a review on my channel. After a few hundred miles with the battery installed it’s holding up well. I have also put it on a lithium trickle charger which seems to work well. Nice review!👊🏼🇺🇸
So i looked just to make sure but it would be nice if they would offer the battery post on the opposite side if you do have short cables that might not be able to move around(simliar to car/truck batteries that have have one one way and another the opposite). I do like how they are smaller and probably about 10 pounds lighter which is a huge plus for me. Might have to look into these if mine goes out.
So, size doesn't matter. 🤔 Good review. It's nice they include those foam blocks. Too bad the terminals are backwards compared to stock. I wonder if that is noted on their site so you can decide before buying.
Did you also get a Lithium-Ion charger/tender? That's my biggest holdup - I have plenty of Lead-Acid/AGM chargers/tenders, but nothing that'll handle LiIon batteries.
The trick with lithiums is to turn the bike on, but not start it. I turn it on, turn my hazards on and my GPS. Let it draw a bit of power to warm up the battery for about a minute and then start the bike. Lithium has better cold cranking amps than traditional, you just have to let the battery warm itself up for a minute first.
Thats cute! Looks like a great value. As some have mentioned I would be interested in seeing how it performs over time. I'm horrible about tending my battery. My Advance Auto Lead Acid Die Hard is still keeping a charge.
That size is amzing. When its time for a battery I would try it out just to save some weight. That would be great if we could see that little test light. New Product. Can not wait to hear how it does over the winter.
Yeah the warranty is a bit of a worry which is why I wanted to cover it for sure though I've had nothing but good luck with the Kemimoto stuff so I give them the benefit of the doubt. Thanks for watching!
I love how my lithium battery turns over. Bike cranks faster
Very cool! Hopefully this one lives up to expectations!
@@BikesBeardsAndBrews they don’t well in cold so definitely keep it on tender
I'm actually going to leave it off to see how it does overall

I've heard that about you...oh wait....Lol

Yeah Gliding on twos said I would need a lithium battery charger. We shall see

Very cool! And thanks for the update on that, that's great to know! Thanks for watching

I also found if you do have to run the cables over the battery just use less foam blocks so it's shorter and easier to get the cables over
@@BikesBeardsAndBrews I didn't think about that but makes perfect sense!
Meet need to look at this for my CT70 restomod
just make sure to pay attention to which side is positive and which is negative, you may need longer cables to be in a good place with this one
@@BikesBeardsAndBrews yep. I saw that tip. Definitely something to keep an eye on

hahaha This seems like a trap...
Did you mean brass terminals? Cool battery, decent price.
nope, they list them as copper but that could be a misprint on their part though overall they point more towards copper than brass
I have Li battery ... keep it on the trickle charger 🇺🇸⚓️😎👍🏻👋👋👋
oh if I have to do that I'm not keeping it
@BikesBeardsAndBrews there are ZERO Good shops here.. I dont know why...It aint even cold... but the mule dont even wanna turn over
@@BikesBeardsAndBrews worked great in Florida... not so much here in NC Mountains

I have not yet, I only have two chargers and plenty of things to use them on so I'm not worried about them

It will be interesting to see how it performs in your harsh winters. Great job as always, Ben.

Yeah something tells me I will need a lithium battery tender for the colder weather. Thanks for watching

Me too, we shall see how it handles over time!

Does it state anywhere that you need a different battery tender for it?
Nore from Glidin on two said you need a lithium battery charger but those travel chargers will work too
HAHAHAHAHA, I love it! Those foam blocks are awesome... and now I gotta roll out to the Lego store, thanks for that! :\
Hahaha have fun!!
That’s so funny because I end up using my 5 year old XL Lego blocks in a similar situation 😂, great video 👍🏼
How fast where u able to start your battery in the colder winter at 30 degrees and lower?
If it was faster it wasn't very noticeable honestly
@@BikesBeardsAndBrews so would you say a lithium battery is better for cold starts in the cold winter livin gin NY or an AGM battery?
Do my bike need a different regulator to operate this battery or can I use my name regulator?
You can use the same one
Ben i really watch your videos because your not so professional UA-camr. Now your stepping up to this lazy Susan i might need to stop watching...😂😂😂😂
Lazy Susan FTW!!!
You did a great review Ben, but I gotta be honest, no sure I’d trust the battery that cost so little and only giving a 3 month warranty.
