So wonderful and beautiful are these women and their amazing dances. We must put an end, to the common and negative stereotyping around age and aging. As the saying goes....Age really is just a number. For eg: You can be 30 and very unfit and unhealthy and even appear older than your years, or you can be 60 and be fit and healthy and appear younger than your true years. I am one of those people. No arrogance nor narcissism intended here whatsoever, however, i'm in late my 40's, but bec i've always taken great care of myself, most people assume i'm 10, 15 and even 20 years my junior. I also cycle 60 km's weekly and i can still do most things, that i did when i was in my teens, 20's and 30's. My sister's in her mid 50's and she's as fit, healthy and as young looking as me. As we like to joke around and say.....We could give some people half our ages, a real run for their money! lol True too! Also, i'm also aware, that good genes also play a part too. Truth is, beauty's very subjective and really is in the eyes of the beholder. In some global cultures, the elderly are revered and are master. In the West, the opposite is true, but we're slowly improving and placing many incorrect, shallow and judgemental myths behind us. I believe, that we must all work together and stand up not only for ALL inequality, which means, standing strongly, against age discrimination also.

We must all learn to accept and truly appreciate aging, as it's a real part of life and as long as we're all blessed to be alive, it will happen and no amount of Botox or surgery will suppress or erase it. There is absolutely NO shame in growing older, in aging, for it's a part of the life cycle. Peace to all and stay happy, positive and focused, even in the face of adversity.
