I mean, if I saw someone famous that I liked, yeah I would try to get a photo and then I'd leave. But if I could tell that they just wanted to be alone / with their friends / family then I wouldn't go over, I'd leave them alone because being famous is probably annoying sometimes with all those people who don't respect your privacy and follow you having lunch, or coffee and don't leave. Sometimes they want to have some quality time.
