I became a fan back in Arizona September of 97! Come on eeiline came on on mtv (when mtv was the shit back then with music videos and not the shitty reality shows) and loved it! A year later saw them at warp tour 1998 Pomona! And saw her last year at the warp tour with the new guys! Saw her crying alot though after the show! Broke my heart! Luv ya mooo for if you see and read this!
This is so good...and they opened with my favorite song from their first album...unbelievably good. I'm saving this to watch later. Sound quality is so good too
This line-up of Save Ferris was in their prime & unbeaten. I wish Brian Mashburn & Monique Powell & the rest of THIS band will get back together & bring back this wave of SKA.
The 90's was such a great time to be a kid with the economic boom and all. it was probably the last era of human history where kids were allowed to be kids. I was 9 in 1998. Such carefree days. Back in the 90's the internet was still in it's formative stage. We had it in our home but it was so primitive it was about as useful as a 6th toe and not a mandate like it is today. I never used it as a kid. This allowed kids to use their imagination and spend more time outside exploring the world they live in firsthand instead of indoors on a search engine. Now kids are deprived of childhood bliss and forced to grow up early with all this "social media" crap.
100% agree. Late 90's was a great time to be young. That's when good music like this actually went mainstream for a minute. No smartphone, wifi, tablets to keep us occupied. Nowadays, it's considered acceptable to click a button on facebook to wish friends and family happy birthday forget calling them anymore. 9/11 changed everything. Kids are growing up with terrorism and shootings pushed in their faces. When I was in high school, around 100 kids would gather in a empty parking lot trying to figure out plans for a Friday night. If we did that today, police would be there checking id's and giving us shit. I see on the news, cops were called cause a 12 year old was walking home alone. I walked to school every friggin day! This world is in sad shape
I love Save Ferris! Miss these guys. Too bad they didn't make more albums. Awesome energy and Monique is such a great singer.
I miss shows like this. The crowd is so into the band and the music, and not on their cell phones. Such a wonderful vibe though. Glad I saw this!
Dave Orantes i miss my walkman and skateboard...
Now we miss concerts in general.
This is my farewell party to all with my team from heaven..may Allah always bless us❤️🌟
My favorite ska band and so great live. I've met Monique and the many rotations of the band and all are very humble and kind.
Ah I was at this show. It was awesome!
Man! She can sing! I miss this band! Good times
They're the ska band No Doubt wasn't.

+Eric Rhodes nicely put. I was 16 in 1998 but I still share the same sentiment.
Unfortunately I got into the internet right around 1998 (I was 8) and I've been an addict ever since. Still trying to shake it.
Que linda musica para saltar y bailar..!!!

Talented band of musicins. Whoever prodused this is a master at his/her art. Might be Ska but the music is a collection of many many parts!!

I can see some R&B/Motown influences in their music.
Great concert. Save Ferris opened for Reel Big Fish & gave the better performance. I left the scene with their album in hand.
