Thank you. Thinking of upgrading from a Breville to a similar machine to this (different brand name on Aliexpress) I am kind of intimidated as I've never used a lever one before but this video was helpful. I'm not sure if you'd still recommend it after using it for a while?

Salam, I watched one of your other videos on the starseeker edge grinder where you said the grinder does not do Turkish. The product page says it goes to Turkish however. From your experience with the grinder, can it actually do a proper Turkish grind?
It does grind very fine, but I'll never recommend it for Turkish because it will ruin it. Such home grinders aren't supposed to grind with maximum torque all the time.

Its amazing, I have a Lelit MaraX. Heat Exchanger with Temp Control, but I am only using the level machine now. Just great.
