Evolving’s Notes: Welp, a new Rhythm Hive gameplay in over a year lol. The recent changes to their gameplay aspect finally convinced me to play the game again. Plus, it’s actually pretty challenging for once (shocking for rhythm hive standards). The difficulty went down a bit as I got used to the beat map, but still took me quite a bit of attempts to get an all marvelous for this song.
I ain’t gonna lie, it took me a bit of time to adjust to the new gameplay ui since it dramatically changed a lot. But after I found the right settings and timing sync, I was able to play the new SHM songs efficiently. The flicks still throw me off a bit in addition to some of the sliding notes when it comes to timing though. Overall, I like this update solely because the gameplay difficulty got a lot harder, makes it more interesting and fun to play. Plus the slide notes actually slide this time :)

I really love rhythm hive, however ever since that update happened, it wasn't the same as the old one. In my opinion, it look like they put too much white. It was very laggy when going to other places in the game. Another is that in the card inventory where you can sell your cards, you can also sell the cards you are using without knowing. So their is a big chance that you just sell your FX or Special Card by accident. Next would be the design when playing a song, the bars are now thinner than before and your playing cards can be from any cards from different albums. Overall, I think it's just the layout that made me want to quit rhythm hive. I really did enjoy from the start but when the update happened, it just lost its way for me.
This is just my opinion since I've been playing this since March of 2021.
What's the prev? I like Superstar BTS more, idk if its the same with svt but like it was so well built and the rhythm matches the song more.
The gameplay really took a lot of inspiration from project sekai and it shows lol
I’m glad most maps stayed the same but the renewed version of cat & dog super hard mode is too easy now
RH had to butcher the hardest songs TXT had in good boy gone bad & cat and dog smh
@@YaMomIsFat yeah txt got the worst of it. The renewed seventeen songs on super hard mode are actually genuinely fun and challenging to play somewhat. Most bts super hard maps are still the same
i played the superhard mode for cat and dog soooo easily today i honestly didnt know whether to laugh or cry
@@kkura09709 they watered it down so much I’m so sad. Renewed seventeen super hard mode songs did not come to play though very nice and left & right are actually pretty fun and challenging

In the old update it was challenging for me and i loved to play it to finally all perfect it until i tried the renewal challenge it was super easy i wanna cry rn...

O.O How the hell do you do that? O.O The new gameplay style lags with me no matter what I do. I can't manage to get perfect hits anymore on the old maps I used to be able to get perfect hits on hard mode. It's so frustrating TAT

What makes me frustrated is, how I got all excellent at BTS songs, have 3 UR cards and 4 XR, yet still only got S rank score. 😢😢
It has to do with the kind of cards you use. For a better score, you need to use the theme that corresponds with the song. Like, I have 5 UR (of which 3 are max level) and two XR at max level, and yet I still don't have SS because it's not the right theme cards for the songs -_-' I liked the old system better to be honest. The new gameplay style also lags with me no matter what sync time I put. It's really frustrating to me and I changed my 5 star review to a 2 star. I love the game, but most of this new season sucks. The only good thing that came from it is that I actually started checking out the other groups and I really like some songs from all the other groups. But other than that... BTS is my reason for playing the game, and I barely get cards for them. Let alone concept photos... I've now decided I'm going to save up all my tickets in case they separate them again in a future update.
@@shanamoens822 Ikr.? I mean, it's hard for me to get those 2 UR cards, let alone every card for all the themes. The only good thing is that we don't have to change groups just to play the other group's song. In the previous updates, the game is more challenging, but it's easy to sync our touches with the notes. Where I was used to getting less than 10 excellent and even all marvelous in hard mode, now I'm lucky to even get all excellent.
@@melodyghoulscream4394 I know what you mean. I'm trying my best now to get 3000 event tokens so that I can exchange it for another UR card. I'm at 2880 now and there's two days before the event ends. Fighting! XD I think I'm already going to be happy if I can get all the members to UR. Then I'll focus on getting UR for the other groups. Once that is done (in like a year or so probably XD) I'll start leveling up the other themes.
I've only managed to get 1 all marvelous in this new season. But it was on easy mode LOL I think it was Black Swan.

They probably will! I'm looking forward to Le Sserafim coming too : D I was so glad when they announced it. I just hope they will separate the cards again because when they get added, there'll be even less chance of getting a specific group's cards TAT
Update !! Le ssarafim was added in rh but i dont feel like participating in the event since trying to record vids slows the gameplay down
they added antifragile and the ot5 versions of the song
kinda upset they didnt add blue flame and sour grapes i think there was an ot5 version of that

Think my speed was 6.0 and sync is just default 0.00

I agree the on,y thing about the tiles that I like are the arrow ones they could have just kept the tiles looking the same and added or gave the option button to put the arrow tiles😢

Istg why are ppl complaining about how they used to clear hard and super hard mode so easily before and now they suddenly can't? Just accept that you're * trash * at rhythm games and go back to normal or easy mode as that's where you belong 💀
nah its the score stuff suddenly xr and ur cards barely get u a score of 50k (happened to my friend so im not sure abt the settings they used) and also the tiles are really not it they glitch sm
hi after playing the game for so long i can assure u this is way easier than the last tile. the songs without a renewal badge on them have the same beat map as the last version of the game and my fingers get so busy n confused sm times but the renewed ones r too easy like i got perfect hits in hard n super hard for le sserafim’s all songs
