I call this an inside wave entry. Quite often when the down trend begins the back test will fill the inside of the previous wave.

LMAO. The funny thing about that is that when you break down swing points on any HTF, even monthly, you'll find that price spends only minutes not hours at those turning points.
That said, I actually do majority of my analysis on the daily, but then I do all my executions on the 15min sometimes 5min. I can't survive on 1TF like this guy.
