In Hebrews 6,9 the word (accompany) in Greek is echo which means (to have) salvation. These Hebrew believers do not have salvation yet.
These Hebrew believers will receive Salvation at Jesus 2nd coming = Hebrews 9:28.
Romans 11:26,27 confirms this.
These believers are not born again yet because the New Covenant has not started yet = Hebrews 8:10/ Hebrews 10:16, this will happen at Jesus 2nd coming.

Once you realize that Hebrews is written to Jewish Christians who are thinking about going back to Judaism..and the writer is trying to warn them that there is NOTHING back there for them and that soon the temple will be destroyed and Judaism as they know it will end..
