Overall a very good video, thank you for your efforts. However, I have a suggestion, next time try using a different camera angle instead of using the top view which was blocked by the top part of the mixer, whereas I would prefer to see the process in the bowl itself.
Thanks for the nice review! I was hoping that since you had already weighed/measured out some of the dry ingredients that you would take that opportunity to check the accuracy of the built-in-scale feature. Also, it would have been really nice if you had given us the temperature of the melted ingredients just to give us a better idea of how the heating settings translate to actual temperature. But overall, super informative review! Thanks!
I've found your videos by doing a search for this mixer. Your unboxing and the baking demonstration videos are excellent; thanks for those. I notice on the UK Kenwood site that the Titanium 7 quart mixer is discontinued, in favour of this new one. I hope they will remember to introduce it to Canada (hello from Toronto) once the pandemic is over. Thank you for your videos -- I've subscribed to your channel, so I look forward to more of your baking. The cupcakes look delicious, BTW!
Thank you so much for your kind words first of all! Hope things are well in Toronto - it seems to get worse here by the day unfortunately. But my mixer will definitely keep me busy whilst stuck at home at the very least!! x
@@BeckyExcell Hello, and thanks for your reply. The UK situation is in the news very much here, and Ontario, Canada will go into another complete lockdown on Dec. 26th. Hope all is well with you, and that you're enjoying your new mixer. Happy holidays to you.
My sister and i were giggling when the hot muffins came out of hot oven with no pot holders😅. Mixer looks dreamy. It's been 3 years now how is your mixer holding up
This machine can make pasta, noodles. Grind meat for sausage making etc. Special attachments are needed. There should be a comprehensive cook book with it.😊
I watched this with complete awe thinking I need this in my life. Heaven. However kenwood are having a laugh at over £700.... Really who has that money to spend on a mixer.... Even if it is all singing! I hope you use it every day Becky! What a gift to review!
I got this for my Mrs for Xmas. 😊. She originally had her heart in the Titanium Chef XL which is 1700 Watts. In your opinion does this machine that does 1400 still do most things as well? Cheers
Hi Becky I love your How to Make anything Gluten Free you saved me and my friend and we both ironically can’t have Gluten!!! one question did u figure out how to switch the bowl light off in this if u want to proof your “amazing gluten free” bread?
They look so yummy !! Also I have a question about the xanthan gum “ do you tolerate it ok ? I’ve read some conflicting things on it I’ve eaten it and felt ok but Just wanted to be sure that it doesn’t potentially cause problems
I personally tolerate it fine, but a small amount of people message me saying they struggle! In this recipe you can omit it, but in some recipes it's super important. Thanks for watching!
Hi, I'm really lookig forward to buying this mixer, but I can not find some specifications. Do you maybe know what is the highest temperature that warm bowl can produce? And do you think that this mixer is worth 700£, if so, would you recomend buying it to a hobby baker? Thank you for the answer, cool video tho:)
I can confirm that it is an absolute dream to use!! I think the price is more in line with the 'professional' level of mixers (lucky me!) which are usually somewhere in that price range. Let's hope 2021 treats us a little better!! 🤞🏻 Thanks for watching x

Agreed. It’s kind disturbing to see 😅

hi fantastic review, whats this like for making bread and pizza dough?
This machine can make pasta, noodles. Grind meat for sausage making etc. Special attachments are needed.

I got the kenwood chef X-Large titanium for Xmas so want to make these cupcakes now x

What is the receipt for the gingerbread cupcakes please, they look fabulous
The timer - does it also count down? e.g. can it be set to 3:00 and you start start it and leave it. Any app connectivity?
How do u like it so far??

Definitely - it hasn't struggled with anything I've thrown at it so far. I'm sure she will love it - great choice! x
So the recipe for this cupcakes are gluten free? If so, can I swap the gluten-free flour with the normal flour? Would that work?

@@BeckyExcell thank you 🙏🏻 I follow you religiously and love all your videos !!
Yes yum. Cool mixer! In Canada our molasses/ treacle comes in a carton for easy pouring. -Shawna🍁
Thank you! I think I'd prefer that, it's so thick and drizzles like crazy off the spoon 😂 x

Im just planning to buy it but i already made a research so heating range is 24C to 64C
Up to which temperature does it heat?
How does it do ml as liquids are different weights?
ML is the liquid equivalent of grams
@@jackiedelvalle only for pure water
Is it very loud?
How do you use it on manual?
Any substitute for Xantham gum??. Cannot find these products where i live at this moment.
You can happily omit it from this recipe - in sponges and cakes you can usually get away with it!
@@BeckyExcell 😍Thanks for replying..
Bread recipe pls.. using this mixer.. thank u..
They look delicious 😋
Thank you! x
Lovely cakes and great video presentation.
Love the mixer but too expensive for me.🦄
Thank you so much! x
Good review of the mixer. A little let down by the top down view of the machine most of the time which made it hard to see what you were doing.
Using shredder
Waar kan ik de Nederlandse vertaling vinden, en de ingrediënten hoeveel men moet nemen???

This looks a fantastic piece of kit but honestly who in 2020/21 is going to pay over £700 for this, thats bonkers.
