This is funny, we had to go through the rapid paning of camera to Italian accent, to hand waving, to clumsy emptying of the tray to Italian family history while trying to learn about the coffee machine in just one video, phew! hiii this is really silly but i need help with my citiz and milk. i just bought it a month ago and i’ve noticed from the get go that the coffee that comes out lacks crema:( i descaled the machine but it didn't make a difference. do you know what might be the issue and how i could fix it?

it has a really thinnnnnnn crema at the top, like 1/15th of the cup
