It's a good option for retirees because they would own the land. In Phoenix companies are buying out Mobile Home Parks so they can put in luxury apartments, and senior citizens are being displaced. They need to bring this to Arizona,
Yeah, Arizona is a wasteland for sensible, decent, affordable housing options these days. I've been working fully remote from Cave Creek, AZ since 2018 & I am honestly considering moving to some other state (or country), since I can literally work from anywhere at this point.
That's because the globalist mega corporate conglomerates are buying them, specifically, and pricing people out of housing. They need to break up these whole-market monopolies.
People that buy this obviously don’t know what they are doing you might as well get an apartment limited parking limited space thus will turn bad in about 5 years too conjested
I have a house with front parking and backyard parking on concrete room for multiple vehicles not blocking any vehicle home biulders should be ashamed of themselves
Where are going to park most houses have 2 vehicles in their driveway there is no room for that here unless you park on the street not a good idea especially with all the car breaking going on now
AND! You Cant Expand Because The Neighbors Bedroom Window Is So Close To Yours You Will Smell Him Everytime he F****** FARTS! You Cant Even Drive A. Damn Car Between The Houses! WHAT KIND OF COUNTY PASSED THAT FUTURE FIRE WOOD BURING PILE OF PLASTIC AND CHEAP LUMBER?
Its nice and snuggly till your neighbor throw their weekend party and you have 40 cars in front of you house, your neighbors house, thr other neighbors house and so on. And let's not forget the weekend barbecues in the front yard and it starts all over. Lol
California Governor's Team should think about copying the blueprint from Tex with it's open spaces in the valley area's in the near future hopefully sooner than later period
I like tiny homes in-general, but the parking situation in this sort of subdivision is a disaster/nightmare waiting to happen. Each house needs a 2 vehicle wide driveway out front at the least (& thus slightly wider plots of land), & ideally at least a single enclosed garage.
Just as God would have for us when he created us. The ultimate in Freedom, having your own home where nobody can tell you what you do and nobody can take it away from you, as long as the factory keeps producing Eveready batteries rather than buying a Singapore battery company and shipping production there, as one example. Homes for the cost of a water bill in Detroit means the house is occupied and reasonably safe to purchase with a willing tenant. Lots of land for kids to play next door will be soon filled with another Levittown neighborhood. Only $675,000? How come they are not covered with working solar panels? Air conditioning and water condensation, a cistern water source for dry Texas. What makes them tornado ready? And how to include all of those things then make it affordable, a house that helps pay for itself that won't be bought by Wall Street investors waving cash. That's the biggest problem ultimately. Someone who invested money in a hammer and nail, that's what investors are supposed to do, not buy up all the existing housing stock.
It feels weird to a non-American because the houses are small but seem to use up a lot of land for it, even have backyards that are as big or bigger than the house, is it to pass zoning laws?
Not very appealing: Tiny homes that range between 350 and 660 square feet and cost between US$160,000 and US$170,000. That's a very high cost per square foot. Only about 10 feet wide and they barely have windows on the sides 🤔
I was there on Sunday July 21, 2024 and saw one of these house, but is too overpriced for a small home. American dream is destroyed by inflation. The monthly mortgage is about $1100 a month or more. The small house cost about $143,000 or more. Too expensive for a small house. Used to get a big house for this price but not anymore. High inflation destroyed the American dream. I really hate high inflation.
I understand the small sized home, but the property should easily be 2x the size. You can see all the garbage in the back, the property isn't worth anything.
At this point if there going to make homes this small. you might as well densify everything and attach the houses just like early american row houses. This is inefficient and still a waste of space. So dull and monotonous.
Look Mama! It’s a quarter of a house 4 the price of a whole one! 😂
just look at all the parking
I take it you mean "4x"
Trash cans on the front porch make great ambiance.
I appreciate the landscape design that was thought out with this but I can't imagine spending 100k for this.
I know is crazy
Probably twice that.

"You parked over the steps. How am I supposed to get in?!"
Jimmy always wanted a shotgun. Now he lives in one.
"If we connect them, it'll be like one big fort!"
YES.
Good thing the power line towers are there. I almost forgot this was Hell.
God forbid you'd like to have a get together. Where is everyone going to park???
This beat is sick😎
Thank you
Not even a car port, pure garbage, it's the new American slum standard
If one house burns, so do the rest. They're like condos but without the firewall. GLTA.

"You wanted gutters? My bad."
After 6 monthes the walls would seem way too close. I grew up in a tiny home. 1000 sq ft.
That is not a tiny home.
1,000 sq ft is the typical cottage size of the 1930s and earlier. Everyone had a house like that.

@@IRLSuperb I think my parents house was built in the 50's.
@@eattherich9215 tiny enough. Those new homes are weekend retreats!
So not only do you get the suburban sprawl, but you get it without the individuality that tiny homes can have. The worst of both worlds! Wow
Make for great 55 plus homes

A corner unit would be OK if you are allowed to add a room on the saide?
This is a joke! Look at all of that land!!! It’s TX!!!
Imagine your neighbor running an electric air compressor.
Fung shui has left the chat.
"Cut your own damn grass, Jerry!"
I thought everything was BIG in TXs!! LOL - awesome music though!
They used 1/4" drywall to make the space feel bigger.
This nation is so screwed! !!😮😮🤔
Townhome 2.0. Same cost now with more inconvenience!
How much extra for the ones with the transformer in the front yard?
Tuff Shed subdivision that’ll fit in section 8 Ventura😊
ONLY 1 DOOR IN THESE FIRE TRAPS.
A whole new rental ghetto!
What, no street lights?
How many money ?
The approver and developer are definitely in cahoots.

They look like upscale bachelor pads
I'd buy it, but I'm looking for something a little bit longer.

The American Dream finally realised
if these cost $100,000 does that mean that I would own it and can earn equity over the course of me owning it
The bathroom is in the back. You have to go around to get in the back yard.
How much are they❓
Is crazy they asking for 100,000
I'm going to say 100k and up depending on what city......
starting at 167k from the other vids ive seen, absolute insanity.
"How did you manage to get a transformer for a yard decoration, you lucky devil?"
Oh my god is this what it's come too.. I've never seen anything so ridiculous.. Its unbelievable...
I hope they dont have to pay the HOA
When you take a dump, the neighbors have to turn on their exhaust fan.
Your purchase comes with a track suit and matching sneakers. Everyone gets the same color.
Dang, they buries my comment quickly on this pos development.
It would be better to make strawbale/cob "terrace flats" so that space is better used than these...
Money grab.

When buy an abandoned home u get it mortgage free simply by paying off the back taxes on it.
Oh shit
No trucks allowed.
To close to together.
Looks like concentration camp😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
These houses will sell like pancakes. Prices is just right for new gen buyers....Genius
This is totally disgusting at first I thought this was England but it's Texas come on this is disgusting
You have to thank companies for the BS they bring into communities. Doubt they will be so happy of what this becomes in ten years. Fucking joke!
Not my style

you will own nothing, and be happy....pure garbage. if "I settled" was a house, this would be it.
