You know, there are many people who claim to fuse together both science and spirituality but they spend most of their effort on visual impressions and superficial stuff. You probably are the only person so far that I've seen, who's sharing vital ancient knowledge but actually fusing spiritual growth with sort of scientific approach, foregoing all the pomp and the 'guru clothing' etc. focusing on the intricacies of attention management, awareness as a method instead of buzz word.

Why all of a sudden I am going back in time when I actually went to a furniture shop and lost all interest in buying any of them...I had exactly the same feelings as you have mentioned. When I went to a zoo and looked at each and every aimal and plant and identified the 'I am that' feeling with them, I didnt want to be locked up in the 'I am that, i mean didnt want to be that' . I in fact wanted to badly commuicate my feelings with my surroundings both times ...by surroundings i mean, the furniture, the animals, the birds, the lake and what not and wanted to ensure whether they felt the same... why this happened to me, and I again got lost in the mess.... why why why, I still dont understand. Right now I definitely know that when I see and hear you saying all of this, I do want to feel 'I am That' ....I no more need any validation from anyone. Thank you for digging up my past self through you !!! May God always bless you !

A Soul is free only as far as its weakest attachment is. Being content, and doing an exhaustive self inquiry of "Who I am", alone should be sufficient to know its essence. Any strong likes or dislikes are the two sides of the same coin, like pleasure and pain, and will eventually be an hindrance. Once the Soul knows who it is not, should remain persistent in its nature, as it transitions out of the material body, and the illusory reality. That alone should free the Soul from bondage.❤👍

This video has a cool point but I think people misunderstand ‘I am that,’ according to Nisargardatta Maharaj, who wrote ‘I Am That,’ he is not just saying I am all things, neither is he saying I am not that, which are 2 sides of a duality. He talks of spontaneous presence, it’s non-duality, reminds me of Tibetan Buddhism’s Dzogchen, anyway, it can’t be pinned down with the ego, which is either this or that (despite his use of ‘that’), I think he uses ‘that’ as a way of saying ‘that indescribable thing’ like Buddhists say ‘suchness’ or ‘isness,’ it’s just a placeholder (all words are dualistic too) for that thing that can’t be labeled or pinned down, just directly experienced.
