Thanks Glen, I do have the 1931 5 Latis that I bought from a coin dealer called “The Purple Penny”. $65 and described as EF. Lovely design.

That is a good price for that. The Purple Penny has a good reputation and Marks videos I like to watch.

12:29 - still for me, different varieties of commemorative 1 lats coins from 2001 to 2013 are more exciting. But still, Latvian coins are my most favourite one for Europe.

Latvia is all well and good Glen and quite interesting!! Tee Hee. More Britt Comm would be better however, what about Early Pommy Malaysia and Java during the Napoleonic period!! The Cocos Keelings, Also the 'Emergency coinage of 1982 in the New Hebrides, Zanzibar, Maldives?? Great work buddy!! Cheers J from Qld.
