There is absolutely no shame in having a week where you do basically nothing but that's just your body telling you that you need to rest but I am really glad that you can show the real side of being a teenager/young adult lysm❤

I love how real she is with us. She said that she didn’t do anything for a whole week which is completely ok! For anyone who’s reading this it is absolutely ok to do nothing for a week, or more. I’m so so incredibly proud of u no matter what. Emily if you’re reading this, you seem so much happier, words can’t describe how proud of u.
I know it's normal, but sometimes I lose track of 1/2 days to weeks and months and I really hate it, so even on a rest day I have to do something productive (Journal, YOGA or workout, skincare and read book at night)
I really loved her content because she was completely honest in saying that! And I know that relapses are normal but I can't, even on a Saturday and Sunday I wake up about 5/6 or 7 hours at most :/
