Chechi.. I am in the UK in the medical practice. Please be mindful that here people are not comfortable being addressed by their title unless it's official. Even in hospitals we mostly don't like to be addressed as Dr. Only when it comes to the professional capacity title is used. If you noticed Ashwin's sister-in-law addressed her sis-in-law without the title. It's the culture. Btw enjoyed the video. 😊
