I know exactly the liberation you are feeling. It does feel like now I can breathe and just be me without thinking something must be wrong. Nope! We're just wired differently and now that we know how we are wired, we can live up to our fullest potential. Thank you for tuning in. Have a lovely week.
Doesn't it feel wonderful to explode out of the chrystallis phase and realize that you are, in fact, a beautiful butterfly?!!..... Sending light and love to you on your journey, Jackie!
I've had the book for years. Every time I get it out, though, I end up in tears because of how much different my life could have been if I'd had the knowledge from my childhood.
Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing. I too felt a significant pang of relief, but also longing for knowing this information sooner. It would have helped immensely. But the good news is that we have it now and we can move forward with more confidence and contentment respecting our unique gift and sharing it in a way only we can. Have a wonderful holiday season and may 2020 be truly memorable. xoxo
It is day 3 that i have discovered i am a HSP and i cannot stop listening to others HSPs, this is so relateble, relaxing as if someone finally understands how i feel and they are feeling it the same way. Ahhhh
It really is as though a lightbulb went off for me too. I am soooo happy you have discovered you are not alone and you have an awesome gift. :) Thank you for tuning in.
When I finally learned about HSP, I was so happy to finally understand why I was different, I wept. As I learn more and more about it, I have less anxiety and depression and am learning what to avoid and how to deal with it.
Absolutely amazingly accurate, 100 percent me, I feel finally validated and EVERYTHING now makes sense! BTW, I have 63 years of being told I'm not good enough, and don't fit in,(except for my parents), who always said I was gifted, and could do anything I set my hand to.I am on a very recent journey of discovery of who I am and Thank you very much for yet another puzzle piece.BTW, I'm male, HSP, INFJ, 140 IQ, perfectionist, master Craftsman, artist and generally messed up lol.
So happy to hear this episode resonated with you and validated that you have amazing gifts and qualities. You are not alone and what exciting journey forward you have. Thank you for sharing all that you have. :) I do apologize for the faaaaar too long delayed response.
you sound like a very special, interesting, person! I know how you feel, I am HSP too, and have been learning about it for the last year. We are special!
Highly sensitive people have larger aura fields making them more open to external energies from people . It helps to have a spiritual practice native smudging, or christian prayers, or white light protection or some thing like that done on a daily basis to cleanse aura
Zulaiha Ali How are you? Hope all is well. Do you know much about HSP? It's incredible how much I can relate. I used to think it was something wrong with me because the world seemed so cold. I decided to start my spiritual journey with GOD and this Devine wisdom fell into my lap. GOD is❤❤ ❤.
Great video..thanks , much appreciated! .I'm a true HSP but I've also been co-dependent for most of my life and am now in therapy also for CPTSD but there's a contradiction here! I think most of us, including myself wouldn't want to get out there publicly in large crowds like politics to do better for mankind/society! There may be some exceptions to the rule, but this professional artist /musician/composer wouldn't want to ever be in that world of cut throat politics, no way! I worked in NYC as a fashion artist many moons ago and I'm amazed that I could handle those crowds of people and those subways and then i moved out to the countryside and commuted into NYC! I never could take LOUD CROWDED rock concerts and to this day I wouldn't go to one! I love my peace and quiet now after being married for 42 years to a real crazymaker, Dr. Jekyll/Mr Hyde malignant NARC and raising three daughters while working part time as a floral designer and partially raising our oldest granddaughter, one of two granddaughters! I LOVE being single again and enjoying my creativity with NO INTERRUPTIONS! Peace, love and namaste~
Thank you for stopping by and having a listen. It's just a matter of understanding how we each our wired. Once we understand how being HSP affects our lives, we can enable it to work for us. Have a lovely week. :)
Sorry I find nothing good about having this HSP disease, it sucks! It ruined my thinking so I was unable to live good, loving and a real shot at my dreams and hopes.
Your on the wrong side of the river my friend. I've been HSP all my life, 31 now, and living my life to the fullest. Dont be discouraged, this is a blessing
Shannon Ables I identify with all the traits in a very deep way. I have been always told I'm to sensitive .I am struggling with anxiety and depression. My search led me here??? Don't know how? But thank you.
Know yourself and listen to yourself is so important. Very good, thank you. Also, I love the art work on this!
At this point I need to be around my own kind. Where can I move to be with my people?
Yes where can we all meet
Yes !!! Let's build our own civilization
I need that too, after I become more balanced.

I think the fairytale Princess and the Pea is a good example of an HSP princess
Thank you for tuning in . :)

Do HSP'S suffer from insomnia because I do, but the other day I slept very early cause I was completely exhausted
I am not certain about that. But that is a good question. If I find an answer, I will be sure to reply again. :) Thank you for tuning in.
Of course . They get easily overwhelmed and that can make it difficult for brain to rest
Yes, insomnia is one of the signs.
Phew! God does love me!
Thank you for this ;-)

Yes I am most definitely almost all of the traits of an HSP!
most of this was good .... im a hsp but im not a morning person lol
This is genuinely me but I'm the one with the wall because of past events..... Sadly
I can absolutely understand.
Correction, HSPs are superior to non-HSPs.
lol j/k HSPs also have a sense of humor, well some do ;)
I actually think its true lol
Sorry I find nothing good about having this HSP disease, it sucks! It ruined my thinking so I was unable to live good, loving and a real shot at my dreams and hopes.

“ i prefer to die out of passion than boredom”
Not a disease, it’s a personality trait. You’re looking at it all wrong.
Im definitely not a morning person
Wow..
I'm a Male I Have HSP
Thank you for sharing! Yep, HSP doesn't discriminate between sexes. It is as common in males as it is in females.
Leggs " I Have HSP" - and you also have humour, lol. Yeah, kind of illness...
Shannon Ables I identify with all the traits in a very deep way. I have been always told I'm to sensitive .I am struggling with anxiety and depression. My search led me here??? Don't know how? But thank you.
Haha yeah I overanalyze my dreams
