Aileanv Maie / Medal Milagrosa (Marian Medley) | Andrew Ferrao ft Fr Myron & Fr Savio| Konkani Hymn

I met Fr Myron about three years ago and I’ve been sharing my music with him ever since. Not long ago, he suggested that I record a hymn from the Hymnbook "Gaionancho Jhelo". This used to be a popular hymn once upon a time but was not sung these days. Fr Myron also suggested another traditional Marian hymn which was not on the Hymnbook. Fr. Myron sent me the tune, played on the mandolin, and a cue track sung by Fr Savio. Listening to the cue track inspired me to record a proper song instead of an instrumental. Mario D’Souza shot and edited the film besides featuring in the video along with his wife and daughter. The video was shot at the Pilar Grotto and the Pilar Music School Margao.
