- Just a quick video of How and where to park at Universal Studios Florida Orlando Resort. I even throw in a few tips here and there also. Parking fees and advantages and perks of being an annual pass holder, Uber and Lyft drop off, plus bus drop offs.. Hope you enjoy the video and I plan on many more this year. I work in the parking garages, and if i could offer just one correction: Rideshare/Taxi locations have changed! It is now on the fifth floor of the north garage. To drive there, instead of staying to the right to enter the toll plaza as shown in the video, stay as far left as possible. You should see a sign above you pointing to the left saying "Guest Drop Off/Pick Up" That will take you up a ramp to the new rideshare location. Taxis go into the yellow zone, Uber/Lyft/Other go into either red/green/blue zones. Do pay attention to us Team Members up there so that we can keep everyone safe and traffic flowing efficiently! Also dont tip, we arent allowed to accept, and could get suspended for accepting tips.

Do you have a video to show where a cab drops you off in the parking lot?
I don't but where the Uber and bus drop off is , that's the place there. Just go down the escalator at the security hub to get to it and vice versa to go to the parks
I am a bit challenged with a bad back and cannot work long distances and I am looking for where the ride share drop off for Hard rock live. I am going to a concert and just need to get the Hard rock live. THANKS
You will get dropped off where the buses are . they take you right up to security. Up there you will also find wheelchairs to use next to the restrooms then the moving sidewalk which will take you to CityWalk. When your dropped boff at the bus location there is an escalator that will take you straight up to security

Unfortunately it does not. You will have a bit of a walk to get to hard rock.
My wife has an electric scooter because she has MS. It helps and you can also rent those in the security area

Hi, any of them are good. They are close to the moving sidewalk which takes you to the security hub.Walking through Citywalk to the park entrance is probably less than a 5 minute walk, but definitely take your time and don't rush.You can also rent electric scooters and wheel chairs at universal or islands. Have fun and be safe.
Do you also park in the same garages if you're staying at one of the resorts on site like Sapphire Falls?
Yes it is the same garage to park when staying at the resorts. You can also take universal provided bus transportation which would bypass the parking and take right to the security hub.
So you drive up to the resort to drop off bags and check in and then go to parking garage or is it close enough to lug your bags from parking to resort???
If your staying at an onsite hotel just use their transportation to the park. If you don't want to then just drive your car to parking. I think that was your question?
The onsite hotels are very close by.vits not like Disney where they are spread out everywhere

@@capitalg4112 I'm sorry, yes they have their own parking. It's actually not a bad little walk 5-10 minute walk to the park. You will actually bypass the main security hub.

Where do you park with an RV or oversize vehicle?
Unfortunately Universal does not have open parking since it is covered. your best bet is to leave your RV or oversized vehicle at your campground and Uber or Lyft on over.

I just went to universal and asked . Yes they do have RV parking it does cost $32. Sorry about that
@@the_adam_show No problem at all. We were actually there 2 weeks ago and noticed that also. Once you go through the main parking ticket booth, there is a small sign pointing to the left labeled for the RV/Bus parking.
We ended up just going over with a different vehicle and parked in the main garage. It worked out just fine. It was our first time at Universal and had a blast by the way. Can't wait to go back.
Where about is Lyft pickup?
They drop you where the buses get dropped off at. Go up the escalator and your at the main security check in. Easy peasy
But how much time do you save with premier?
Prime parking and valet parking are up front. Save you on walking time. Although with valet, if there is a line you will wait to pick up your vehicle. I like valet and prime because it saves my steps. I'm overdo on surgery of my right foot so this helps me.
Hi, I booked a hotel about 1.5 miles from Universal Studio. Will be there around noon time next Thur. Trying to figure out if it's faster to get into the park by driving there or taking the uber. Hoping you can give me some suggestions. Thanks!
Uber is probably your best option. You won't have to pay parking and Uber now drops you off on the top level of the garage. Just take the escalators down. Have fun and be safe
