Twin Eagles Pellet Grill Smoked Carnitas Tacos Tutorial

  • We started by smoking a pork shoulder on the Twin Eagles Pellet Grill at 250°F for 6 hours. Then, we braised it in a dutch oven for 90 minutes at 450°F and finally we finished it off by crisping it up on the Evo Cooktop Griddle.
    This was our first time using the Evo Cooktop and we loved it! The dual burners allowed us to crisp up the pork on high using the inner burner and then warm the tortillas on low using the outer burner.
    It was a lot of work to make these tacos but they were the best tacos we've ever had. Ideally this is a great recipe to make if you already have the meat smoked and are looking to create something with the leftovers.
