But it's likely just the devs putting a bit more time into a car that you not only can change what color you want on the belts when you spec it, but it's also likely the devs putting in a small extra bit of work for a fan favourite car that has been wanted since the day it came out
I honestly hope that we being able to change the stripes, interior colors and all that stuff in the GT3RS is a hint for the customisation we will get in FH6
The GT3 RS is not a hypercar. It isn't a supercar either. It's legitimately a roadgoing racecar, but the 911 itself is a sportscar. Controversial but factual.
I think the ability to have a paint group to change roll cage colours on cars would be an awesome feature to add. We got a hint of what it could do in fh4, idk who noticed but the Clio FE got an option to have the roll cage bright yellow or the m4 gts which had its orange so I think it would be doable to make the regular one black for example

It's the first update in years that made me want to unlock all the new cars for each week in this month and not only because i'm a porsche fiend but also because all the new cars are completely new to the series and worth unlocking. also Nick is so valid for everything he said about the GT3RS. its the best car on sale right now. i've played Horizon 5, The Crew Motorfest and GT7. I've got the GT3RS in all 3 racing games and its been worth getting the same car every damn time. I enjoy this car more than cars like the Revuelto, AMG One or any Rimacs or Lotus Evijas. I've even adored this GT3RS more than similar cars like Pistas, STO's and special McLarens. I honestly am head over heels for the GT3RS, even more than my all time dream cars the Enzo and 458 Italia. I honestly can say i declare the Porsche 911 GT3RS (922) to be my all-time favourite road legal car and my dream car. It's really just that good. I unlocked mine about 5 hours ago and decided not to watch this video until i had the chance to enjoy this car for myself. First time i ever held off from watching Nick's new car content for Horizon 5. And for the first time, i finally played the festival playlist because it really was worth unlocking what has now become my favourite car ever made.
Bruh l havent played anything for years, maybe 6 or 7 but few years ago I bought xbox series s and yesterday l got FZ5, maan l missed playing these games and l didnt even know it. GT3 RS with right set up and tune is perfect car. Keep the content coming. Good job on the videos.
Forza devs definitely cooked with this update. I'm a Porsche simp so I'm extremely happy. I just wish that the GT3RS in FH5 had a crazy sound just like the real thing. But it doesn't sound bad so I'm happy.

So far, I think only the new GT3 and this GT3 RS have interior colors that change when you select a different color. It may or may not indicate interior customization in other cars in FH6 but it is nice the developers acknowledge some interior customization for the new GT3 and GT3 RS.

This car is such a joy to drive. It hardly has any wheelspin and eats corners for breakfast. Top speed is a bit lacking, so I recommend adding twin turbos.
In fh4, the manufacturer paint on the senna would change the brake calipers and then we got that option in this game, I think that they are doing the same thing with the interior colors
BTW, the interior color change is even cooler if you change to the desired color (green, for instance), then move to the non-factory paint colors. You can keep the interior green, but change the exterior back to white, black, whatever. It's a glitch possibly, but still cool.
Seeing the new 992 GT3 RS got me thinking - imagine if Porsche made a 992 GT2 RS with hybrid tech like in their endurance racers! Combining a twin-turbo flat-six with electric motors could deliver insane power and instant torque, plus active aero for crazy downforce.
Need to correct you there: Not everybody (with enough money) can just go and buy a GT3 RS. You have to be a Porsche-owner for multiple years and own a few other models to be given an opportunity to buy a GT3 RS. So no, even if you'd win $100.000.000 in a lottery, you'd still not get one from Porsche. Second hand, sure, but not ordered from the factory.

For the hypercar classification discussion, I think these are some of the characteristics that make a car a hypercar: - 1000+ hp - Manufactured in very limited numbers - Luxurious(and expensive) materials on both exterior and interior - Highly personalisable Let me know if you think I missed anything, I don't think price is inherently a requirement to be classified as a hypercar but all the other aspects do just make these cars stupid expensive
The other F6 4.0 engine option is a weird one, its either the GT4 RS engine, which is just a detuned version of the stock engine. But it sounds different, so it could also be a 991.2 GT3 non-RS engine, which is not even in the game.

In terms of buying options for this car, you must have a history of buying 10 lower model Porsche's (over time) before you can buy this higher class car. I swapped in the 4.0L and added the exhaust, incredible audio vs the stock engine.

This car has better aero than the actual race cars because they are adaptive. The race versions can only have fixed aero.
