Being "All Inclusive", is everything (except the gift shop) included? Spa services? What all do they offer in the spa? What about tipping? I'm going in June and have never been to any resorts before. Want to be prepared. Thanks
Thanks for watching our video 🌷 Only food and drinks are included (except for bottles and premium drinks). For all other services you need to pay. There are few restaurants that you can make reservations for at the desk and those are included as well. Tipping is optional. If you’d like to tip, we recommend having some $1 bills. Enjoy your vacation 😊
@@SherryandHadi i have a $72/day credit from my status on expedia. do you know if i can use that on the bottles and premium drinks? also, where do i order those from? gonna be going there in sept. thanks !
Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.
Thanks for watching the video and your comment Steve! It does have elevators! as for ramps and golf carts, we didn’t come across any! but the elevators make restaurants, bars and rooms accessible! hope this helps and wishing you knee recovery !
Im a beach lover, and I was taken aback by the Sea-weed! I personally was disappointed that my first ocean view of our section of the beach was filled with lots of seaweed, where it just looked like brown water🤢.Im not sure if it had been raining a few days beforw we got there, that could have stirred up the seaweed, but it was unattractive to me! The resort grounds are huge! Its feels like a small city almost,so be prepared to do a lot of walking! The grounds are pretty decent, the buffett food is ok,nothing special.I did however was turned off by the beach towels that they give you! They looked like old towles that you would use to wash your car! My towel had stains all over it and unravelling threads! I couldnt understand why a nice resort would allow that to be acceptable to present to anyone, who's paying for a memorable vacation.I would also suggest to combat the moist humid smell in your rooms due to the humidity,to maybe bring a Glade plug-in fragrance of choice.
Good comment and question! We took Uber, which were basically the resorts drivers, and found the rates reasonable! One tip: Uber won't open when connected to Punta Cana Airport's wifi, switch to your cell phone data to be able to open Uber! We personally didn't go on excursions, but the resorts were offering excursions! Hope this helps 🙂
I’m also 21 looking to come here with my girlfriend to have a good mix of partying and relaxing just want to have a better understanding of the overall vibe
we’d say decent amount of people! even though it was off season, the night life vibe was pretty good, lots of folks dancing as you may see in the video, during the day, decent amount of people were at the pool engaging in entertaining activities, again as you may see in the video! definitely not feeling like we were alone :)
Bet you'll love it! I think we covered it all in the video, but one tip: make reservation for restaurants once you arrive, and one recommendation: be sure to try The CUT steak house if you like steaks! It's amazing! And the Asian restaurant as it has a great vibe
It's not too bad! There's areas on the beach that it's pretty clean and seaweed free, there are also areas that it's not good! There's actually a timestamp in the video description that takes you directly to the Beach Part, you may see that part to get a better sense of it if you haven't already! It's at around 3:36 time mark!
Thanks for your comment, this is early October 2023, that's when we were over there! so it's very fresh 🙂 there are areas on the beach which are very clean and seaweed free
Hello Marc! Serenade all suite is right next to what you see in the video! It opened the week after we checked out, so we couldn't get to see it! Unfortunately, not sure how it exactly is!
The restaurants all seemed to be empty. Was the Hotel itself empty? And had you any trouble getting the ALC reservations that you wanted and is there a limit for reservations?
We stayed at Serenade during off season! We wouldn't say empty, but it was decent and quiet!we had no issues with making reservations, with no limit 🙂 hope this helps
The a la carte restaurants were absolutely terrible, uncooked raw chicken, no service, no wine and the sports bar food was a joke. I ordered ''ribs'' it was 2 bones with abit of meat in between. Other than that the resorts is clean and new, good buffet, good ambiance
I dont understand why they make a lots of breads, cup cakes, pies, etc in all of the hotels buffets while not much people like to eat. Those kinds of food have too much sugar, make fat, diabètes and not healthy at all
@@SherryandHadi All foods except hams, cheese, eggs, bread, cakes, etc. Those kind of foods we can buy at grocery to eat & dont need to spend more than 1K to go there to eat lol
I'm going here in October. Thank you for this in-depth video❤
Just celebrated our 20th anniversary here in August. We really enjoyed the resort.
Amazing! wishing you guys many more years of love and happiness together!

Not a specific coffee shop but there are stations in the buffet

If you have booked in the adults only side, can you come and use the pool @ family side?
We’re going Thanksgiving week ❤
Wonderful!
Can adults go to the restaurants on adult only side of you are staying on family side? Thanks
Were you staying in the luxury master suite? Did it have 2 bathrooms/showers?
Yes, we booked the luxury master suite and it had a bathroom/shower in the main room and one in the bedroom.
Hy there i really like your video veridetailed just one question im going there in 9 days how much is the Preferred Club?
Hi, thanks for watching our video. We’re glad you liked it ☺️
We don’t know about it, we think it’s better to reach out to resort about this question.
Hello, great video. Do you recommend for family with small children ranging from 10 yro to teenager. I normally like Riu but this one is much cheaper.

Hello, the hotel offers transportation from the airport, it is far from the airport? Thanks for the video!!
Hi, no they don’t have airport shuttles, and we found airport taxis way too expensive. We took uber and it was surprisingly cheaper.
Did you happen to go to the adults only side? Looks wonderful!
The adults only side aka all suites wasn't open during our stay! It opened a week after we checked out! But yeah, we heard it was pretty good

Hi! Are there pamphlets/posters on all the programs during our stay?

Hi, was lunch, dinner and drinks included in the all inclusion ? Thanks
Hi 👋🏻
Thank you for watching our video ☺️
Yes! Everything is included 🤩🤩
Was it difficult to get dinner reservations
Not really. We were able to book so easily. Just try to reserve as early as you check in
If i book family side and take premium room, do i have acess to adult side??
We are not sure about it. The adult side was not opened yet while we were there
Is there an elevator to get to the rooms on a higher level?
Yes, there are elevators!
