This is beautiful to watch. I'm African American and I've taken at least 5 trips to Ghana since 1990's. When I first started, I made 35 mm camera slides and came back to America showing everyone that Ghana as well as many parts of Africa are not what you think. I'm happy to see so many African Americans taking the journey. Thank you Jay!
My dream is that this trip will someday be free so that the ordinary street black boy in America can pay such a historic and life changing visit not only to Ghana but to the rest of the African continent. African Americans represent a strength and a force that was stolen from Africa and we need it back at all cost it's non negotiable now is the time enough is enough.
Don't forget your ancestors walk the same path to this river, today the soul of your ancestors will be happy to rest because you make this journey, this journey is a calling weldone all of you, welcome home. we have been waiting for you for over four hundred years.
Light light what about Wode Maya? Not saying that Jay is not doing his fare share, but Wode Maya has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to bring Africa to the world where's is statue? Its really true to the saying " A king have no honour in his own kingdom"
Oh my God, this is so beautiful it brought me to tears, I can't wait to join one of your life changing adventures, possibly next year! Blessings to you Jay!
Please my fellow Ghanaians I am in Europe now I entrust these my siblings in your capable hands ……..their sojourn in the wilderness has been arduous and undesirable Thank you

Thank you for sharing and giving guidance to all Black African People so that all Black African American Men and Women and Children and young adults can have the knowledge of our Motherland. They we should be inspired to Go to our original place of origin. Our Ancestors are and were Kings and Queens when they were stolen and made into Slaves. Africa will continue to have her arms open to us because Africa misses us and she wants us back. With Love ❤️
Yes bring our people back to their roots, it their ancestral land, let give them the best welcome like how You welcome your long lost brothers and sisters
Jay have you ever gone to Shimoni in south coast of Mombasa Kenya? You did visit Mombasa, at one time. There's is a slave cave there too. And evidence of the chains still mounted on the ground. I did visit that place, and it has an opening facing the sea front, where the captives would be made to sit while waiting to be transported using the dhows. Believe it Jay,it. It was a painful experience The name Shimoni is a Swahili word meaning a hole.
Again great job brother Jay. You have done greater job in helping rebrand Africa in less than 2 years ,while some other fella has been coming to Africa for 7 years and has not done anything groundbreaking except sow seeds of distrust with locals . You are truly bridging the gap.
An outstanding production with maximum impact. For a moment, your mind soar way up and far away across oceans, continents, mountains, valleys, canyons , the tundra , beyond the sunset on the horizon. To hope.
Good job Jay I think going to the Nkyinkyim museum will add another piece to puzzle and a very rich experience to your guests.it’s located in Ada Foh you can check it out you won’t regret
