It's not murthaba. It is Mutabbaq. First learn to pronounce it.
Secondly, it's not made like a masala gravy , it's dry. Search for the authentic Saudi Mutabbaq on net and learn.

Brother you know nothing about us tamil muslim,we know nothing about saudi food,we coastal tamil nadu srilanka tami,kerala muslims have indo arab blood mixture,this pure tamil muslim coastal food,this is called murtabak in our villages and malaysia,singapore where ever tamil muslims went,it is very popular allover ,it is available in tamil restaurant i. Hong kong also,this is murtabak and how we make,we dont know about mutabbat or whatever you talk about ,our tamil,kerala muslim culture is different kindly dont interfere without proper knowledge,typical north indian all knowing boorish culture you exhibit with limited knowledge
