Sir please reply.. when the bowler bowls fuller length it is easy for me to drive the the ball, suddenly when the Bowler bowls a short ball i cant react to it.. when the Bowlers bowl short balls i go front foot without my attention.. and i got injured many times by going on front foot when the bowler bowls short balls.. what should I do to control myself by not going front foot when the bowler bowls short balls.. normally when the bowler bowls short length continuosly i can hit it but when the bowlers bowl many fuller length ball and one suprised short ball i can't react to it. I just go on front foot without my attention.. pls help..
How can I stop missing the balls when batting? I'm playing tennis ball cricket; most of the players bowl medium-fast bowling, and some of them bowl spin bowling. I'm struggling with both of these bowling. But 1. I can watch the ball release point. 2. I can judge the ball's length and line. 3. I always watch the ball till to end But I struggle to hit the ball with my bat; I miss a lot of balls. How do I overcome this struggle? I always practice before matches at home, like every day for 45 minutes for the last 6 months. I don't have any facilities like nets or academies in my area.

Focus on a stable base so that the body movement is restricted and you can watch the ball better.
