Harumasa has the best agent story in Zenless Zone Zero

- Zenless Zone Zero has a pretty good story, and some agent stories are also really good, but Harumasa's one is by far one of the best yet. This and Rina's agent story are probably my favourites because of how real they are too (ignoring the whole ethereals and hollows aspect). And don't even get me STARTED on the songs

Yeah no agent story changed my perception of a character NEARLY as much as Harumasa's, it's so good
I already was a big harumasa fan, but his agent story made me LOVE him

This mission has many things in the background, when u play hide and seek w the kids there s a bangboo thats not supposed to be there, he was commisioned to drug someone (most likely harumasa commisioned it to drug the driver of the institution) and at the end of the mission before u take the final photo with the group, the girl with EARS is about to confess to the boy when he done chasing the depressed girl. Small details but makes the game so alive

Gosh, I can still remember my first thoughts of Harumasa being so effing boring, and then everything about his story now is just blowing me away too much. I love him so freaking much. He needs a lot of love.

ngl, it made you really think. What if Sarah decides to shoot the Elixir P07 dart at Harumasa instead of Bringer, bec she was aiming at Harumasa for a moment...we just dont know it until we played his agent story
I speculate that whatever Asaba's Master and his colleagues were working on is probably towards the Elixir, seems like The Order cult are literally weaponizing E.A.R.S. and that is extremely scary. A serum is just the first step, the next step might be even worse. Buuut there's a 50% chance, they dont know about Harumasa but they knew about his Master's research
Im pretty sure certain that Section 6 will get involved soon enough before 2.0, and Harumasa will play a very vital role in it.
My prediction is the following: The reason why Asaba was free was because he WILL play a vital role. My hope is that the bad guys basically do what they did to Bringer to see the effects, but in tandem with the partial cure he had in his agent story, he actually will be able to trigger the transformation like a devil trigger from DMC5. This would remove his side effects as long as he goes to the hollow and transforms every now and then with the ether in the air or something.
I think it could work well, and it could be a cool way to upgrade him as a free character and give such a cool story moment for being the first character in the game to be able to keep his humanity while having the power of being an ethereal. Plus imagine the cities reactions and the new struggles he would have

I already kinda liked haru because he is just like me fr and his playstyle is cool as hell but this agent story shows a much less cheerful and more spiteful and serious side of harumasa which I thought worked really well. he went from being kinda fun to one of my favorite agents in the whole game.
Why? Because Male.
I legit skipped through it as fast as possible.
